This shop attempted to work on my vehicle quickly and ahead of my scheduled appointment. They were not able to do the work, however because it needed to be placed in alignment mode first. The attendant told me that the shop was unable to place my vehicle in alignment mode and could therefore not guarantee any effort to adjust the alignment. Because the work could not be properly performed, I decided to leave. That's too bad. Hopefully Brake Check will modernize to the point where they can work on cars that are three years old. The attendant was honest and allowed me to see for myself what the shop workstation was indicating about my vehicle.

I was having issues with my braking and knew it was not normal for this shaking to be happening. I scheduled an appointment online for a specific day and time to check my brakes and everything went as scheduled. I had all rotors warped and that’s why my brakes were not feeling normal. They put all new rotors and brake pads within the specified time and also got a discount for purchasing new rotors. It was a bit expensive but how can you put a dollar amount on your own safety.
Great customer service and professional staff. Definitely recommend A++

They twisted our brake lines and cause over 900 dollars in repairs! Been trying to get it resolved but no communication from anyone except to give us the run around. They were busy smoking their vapes and telling jokes to check their work I guess. It's been a month sense we first called them with notice of the issue and NOTHING! They pass us around to one person after another and do nothing to remedy it. SHITTY WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!

This is the 1st time I’ve used brake check personally and they did not leave a good impression on me in the slightest. Let’s start this with they did fix the issue and the truck is now functioning fine but they caused the issue to begin with. I brought my old truck in because I suspected the brakes may need to be replaced and they said it was 50% on front and 25% on back. I was already expecting to replace the brakes so I told them go ahead and get the brakes replaced and what else they recommend as well as an oil change. They said we’ll take care of it. They originally replaced the brake pads and rotors and said I was good to go. Keep in mind I was not having much of an issue before this repair and I was trying to be preemptive and avoid having an issue in the future. That night I took it home and got about 10 miles out of it before the brakes caught fire on the front end. This is okay, people make mistakes, there was very little damage done, pulled over immediately and parts that are under warranty now anyways. Now this is where they lost me and why I do not recommend having your brakes checked or replaced here at this location. I came in and told them the issue and they wanted me to drive the truck to the shop. They would not have it towed and wanted me to risk more damage to my truck. Reminder that I had no issue before this repair. I had it towed at my own expense back to their shop and now they tell me my calipers and some brake lines are bad and will be an extra $800 on top of the $1400 i already spent to do the initial work. So here’s the deal. I would have been fine paying for all this up front because I love this truck and my initial plan was to have it all replaced anyways and when I asked why they didn’t catch this before and told me thats all that needed to be done, their answer was we only do a “visual inspection”. So keep that in mind that if they replace parts, they only visually inspect it and seem to have no way to give a proper evaluation and can only trust the eyes on the mechanic. They will not act in good faith for mistakes they make and will expect you to front the extras on the bill. I will end this with they did fix it after the additional surprise repairs and the truck is now functioning fine but the way they handled it was not a good way to conduct business.

Just had all four brakes replaced on my 4Runner. The work and parts were all first rate. I would recommend brake check to anyone that needs to have their brakes serviced.

Took my Tahoe here to get breaks replaced around 3-4months ago this past week we heard a nasty grinding noise and found one of the caliper bolts fell out and was grinding on my rim causing me to replace all my rims due to not making it anymore. Subpar work and will never return. Please use someone that will do the job right and not cut corners

I went to break check SPID/staples. I have been to them a few times and have never had an issue- they have always been great. This time, I had taken my car in for a oil change. I had called a few days prior to get a quote on how much it would be (I was quoted $72). After they did my oil change I went to pay and they said it would be $84, so I asked why and they said because of taxes..I KNOW the taxes weren't that much. I paid, went to start mylar and my AC wouldn't turn on, when it worked perfectly fine before. The wait was long too. I was told it would only be about 25-30 minutes. I was there well over an hour.
