Half assed service, zero customer service, act like they don't even want to be there. Pulling numbers out of their asses. Piss poor automotive business. This his the second time they have proved that. At least they're consistent.

Apparently they like to keep the keys for the locked wheel nut. Now that I have a flat they want me to go pick it up. I’m pretty sure I need that key they kept to take my tire off to put my spare and go back.

Corey is awesome! Another mechanic told me I had an electrical problem but Corey saw it was just burnt bulbs - saved me so much money. Need new tires so I'll be coming back soon.

I had a flat tire. I put the spare on at my house. Took my car to Firestone at Gulfway plaza. I have used them often. The carpet that goes in the back of my truck over my spare was missing when I picked up my car. Only place I had the car was at Firestone. Called them several times and both female staff assured me it would be replaced. I kept calling to get answers staff would take my number but not call me back. After two months of calling them to get answers they are not taking any accountability. Will not be using them again. Customer service and integrity is lacking.

This is a very unethical shop and one I will never return to. I came in for an oil change/state inspection appointment after an appointment for two days prior was not honored. My vehicle failed inspection because the manager said that my RainX wipers purchased less than a year ago at AutoZone were streaking and noisy, failing my vehicle without showing me how he tested them (they had been working perfectly for me). I immediately went yo an Auto Zone close by yo have them evaluate the wipers, they said they were noisy, but working great and should be fine for inspection. I called Firestone back and was told that they would look at them again, but that I would be at the back of the line and it might be another hour wait. I arrived at Firestone, gave them my keys again, and took a seat. Ten or fifteen minutes later the manager called me yo the counter and gave me the "passed" state inspection paperwork WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE WIPERS AGAIN! This shop clearly preys on customers if it can. I have called the Firestone customer service line and will update this review when I hear back.

I left my vehicle here on a Friday to just simply have an alignment, tire rotation, and balance done. I specifically told them I wanted to pick it up first thing Monday morning when they opened. When I picked it up nothing had been done. I needed it for work so I took it and told them I would be back later. They said they would have a slot ready for me at 430. They didn't take it in after I got there for another 20 minutes. Terrible customer service. It took about two hours for one guy to complete all the work on his own. At least this time they didn't try to tell me I "needed" another $2,000 worth of work done.

Unfortunately, after dealing with this business, I would never recommend them. After going in for a brake job, I was without a car for six days when they had to fix a mistake. I have never dealt with a less professional or less courteous business. Sad to say, I had not asked around first; if I had, I would have been told by numerous people not to go there. Learned a hard listen.

I called ahead to make an appointment to have the tires roatated and balanced and when i arrived for my appointment, they did not have me on their schedule. This is a common occurrence not only with calling but also with making appointments via their online app. And it's not just this location, there are issues like this at numerous locations. VERY frustrating!!

I'm in Port A with an RV & noticed my right front tire on my F-150 was losing air. I called my local Firestone store in South Austin, the Mgr referred me to this Firestone Auto Care center located: 6050 S Padre Island Dr. I gave the shop a call & set an apt for 08:00. I was in front @ 07:45, promptly @ 08:00 the front door opened. As I entered I was greeted with a genuine "Good Morning" by the Mgr Anthony. He researched my account, placed his tech Jerry immediately on effecting the repair. As I waited Anthony & I discussed all sorts of topics. I was impressed with his Sincere nature & building a life long customer. Additionally, I met Ray & Martha who asked me where I was from & continued with great customer service. I was out the door in less than 30 minutes with a smile on my face. I know these folks work hard & I voiced my appreciation for their talents. It's not everyday when you can walk into a shop & be treated well professionally & personally! Thank you Anthony...give your staff my compliments for a job well done! J. N. TO ALL: avoid this place. Do not send yourself or anyone else here. Over-charged, lack of knowledge, and do not listen to customers. They will try to take advantage of you if you are not educated on your vehicle. If you enjoy throwing cash into a blender then this place is perfect for you. One star was generous enough.

STAY AWAY!!! Not interested in helping just want to steal your money. Will lie to you when the truth is much easier. Should have an option for zero star, that is what this establishment is worth

These guys helped me out in a big way recently. I was broke down on the island, on Memorial Day weekend no less, and they arranged for a tow and got me fixed up and on my way fairly quickly. Professional service tech was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend them for their services.

Probally the worst service I've ever had. I dropped my truck off around 10:30 to get my tire patched. Pretty simple and easy fix if you ask me. I got picked up and ran other errands. I called about two hours later to see if it was done. Nope. They said they were just now pulling it into the shop and it will be done in 45 minutes to an hour. No big deal. I show up an hour later. My truck hasn't moved the spot I left it in. And the screw was still in my tire. I walk inside and I got the whole i don't know who told you that story. So he tells me it should be done in an hour. I leave and call back in an hour. They said they were just now pulling it in and it will be done in an hour. Needless to say I got it back around 3 in the afternoon for a simple tire patch. And to add onto it I found out the patch was leaking the next morning. I will never ever go back to firestone again. 0 stars
