My Son Didn’t want the old family Autombile ( 2009 Tahoe Limited ) so I drove it from California and to Burns, they have not let me down, experience and courteous, they actually tell me and advise me the pros and the cons. ( I’d gone bro a major chain before and was very disappointed )
I’ve chosen to stay with this shop for all of my automobiles needs, the experience, professionalism, courtesy and the tremendous knowledge base surpasses major chains by leaps and bounds, a very unique and amazing place for all of my automotive needs.

Absolutely stellar work they do here they were a shop i didnt find out about until the last minute and they saved me on my custom wheels and where able to mount and balance them the same day to make sure they were perfect on the cars fitment and careful with them throughout the whole process. Would recommend 100%!

Last year in November I bought four Kendra tires for this company. In July I was on my way home from Austin. It was about midnight when I got to the south side of 410 in San Antonio when my rear passenger tire blew. I was in the area of WW White rd where you pass one exit and the next one is like two miles away and there is no gas station, hotel or lights. So I got off on WW White rd and drove to military rd to a circle k. For light and to change my tire. I got help putting the spare on and got back on the road home.
I have a year warranty. So the next morning I took the tire to these people. These people said the warranty was void because when THEY, Their worker wrote down my speedometer number they their worker didn’t write down a number. So Their information on the paperwork They gave me when I bought the 4 tires didn’t match. So they wouldn’t replace the tire.
So They also said They had to take the tire and return it to the company that they got it from.
So when their worker took the tire off he broke my tire sensor with the thing that removes the tire from the rim. Then looked me in the eyes and said opps. When I asked what was that, he rambled something and turned the tire over.
Also the whole time the tires have been on my car I have had a shack. When I reach 60 miles per hour my car would shack like crazy.
After the first tire went in August the front passenger tire would keep losing air so I took it to get patched.
Two weeks ago at the end of September 30th the front passenger side tire went while I was on the Portland causeway.
The police helped me change my tire, put the spare on. A friend of mine went to another place and got me a new tire.
Three days later on the 2nd of October the first driver side tire went.
They screw me and will never get my money again. Every place I have gone since then told me that it is suspicious that they kept the tire.
Now that I have new tires I no longer have the shakes. And the tire shop that I got my new tires from explained that the tires I bought were the wrong size. But when I bought the tires I did take a picture of the sizing inside my door and showed it to them. And it is permanently affixed to the inside of my door.

Wonderful customer service. They fixed the issues I came in to have repaired. Very happy with the end results and I plan to use them in the future.

After spending $4000 on a suspension rebuild, 2 weeks after I had to return for failed parts and realignment. 7 months in now I have a sheared ball joint. They want me to pay the $300 tow just to check if I have warranty on the parts they installed.

Had a great time getting the car alignment done here! They really knocked it out of the part & the car drives better than every. I've had problems leaving the car at other shops only to find out they went out joyriding & ragging on my turbo Corvette, after a short chat with them I had no reservations leaving it in their hands. I know how difficult it is to find ethical, reputable, shops in Corpus & will for sure be bringing my car back to Burns when the time comes.

I was recommended Burns Tire and Auto for their competitive prices and excellent customer service.
I was able to call and order some new tires for my F250 (37x13.5x20) and get them installed all within a couple hours! Which was awesome because discount said I would have to wait a few days. While talking to the owner I told him about some concerns I had about my brakes and ask if they could check it out for me. They were able to diagnose it properly and fix my issues. If you are looking for a great place to get work done with out having to feel like you are over paying or having to wait for such a long time this is definitely the place to go!

Great place! got my tires balanced asap, they had great prices and everyone was very polite and helpful. I had to go somewhere on a whim while i was out of town, and found this place. 10/10 recommend. I’m very happy with my service.
