I had road debris hit the front of my car. Caliber Collision on Ayers in Corpus Christi was recommended to me by a co-worker. I'm glad they did! I spoke with Ray who was very friendly, informative and a veteran in the industry. He went out of his way to make sure not only was my car fixed, but it was clean upon delivery. They used OEM parts and was able to get them for aftermarket prices. An absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish and although they were over an hour from where I live, the distance was totally worth it.

MHad my vehicle repaired here due to an accident my daughter was in. My vehicle was only a year old still brand new. Caliber Collision did a great job repairing my truck. Pretty much the whole front end needed to be replaced. When I came to pick up my vehicle it was like driving a brand new vehicle off the dealer lot. Thank you Caliber Collision on Ayers so much for your attention to detail and excellent customer service.

The Ayers Caliber Collision location’s office manager and damage estimate specialist “Ray” were extremely informative and professional regarding the detailed reporting, estimating and execution of work needed for our claim. Considering the amount of work required, their repair turnaround time was impressive.
Their quality of workmanship is excellent, and is as close to the original vehicles condition as could possibly be achieved!
Thank you Ray for keeping us updated on the work progression throughout the repairs and professionally answering the plethora of questions that we had for you.

I was very satisfied with both customer service and attention to detail when repairing the damages I had in an accident. Quick work and Rey went above and beyond in making sure I and my car were taken care of. There was an issue that was not accident related and he helped me find out if my car had extended warranty and it did! With no deductible either! Inwas very happy and grateful for him helping me out when he didn’t have to. Would definitely go there again for work I may need in the future and recommend to friends and family!

Haven’t had to get an estimate in years but I’m glad I went to Caliber Collision, located at 5330 Ayer’s in Corpus Christi.
I didn’t know where to begin and right away, Megan, receptionist, not only helped me navigate the correct procedures to file a claim; she also got Mr. Novello ( General Manager) and Mr. Amparan( Estimator) involved.
Never- and I repeat, Never have I had such great customer service. They didn’t just say, do this or do that, they took time out of their busy schedule and helped.
To anyone reading this, I am not exaggerating; they go above and beyond, and there was another young lady there, who I didn’t get her name( she was super busy) and she came out of her office to make sure I was being attended to.
I highly would recommend this business to anyone/everyone who needs collision work done.

Manuel was friendly and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Vehicle was in and out in a timely manner, and on schedule for what was promised. Took a bad experience of an accident and made it less stressful.
