Took my car with a broken tail light and a dent in my back bumper, my car was still drivable got a call a few days later they said my car was deemed totaled. Then I went to collect the rest of my belongings from my car and someone definitely took a handful of change from my center console. Place is a joke.

Someone ran into my car and their insurance recommended Calliber. They did an excellent job on the repairs. Work was done quickly with no hassle. My car looked brand new!

I went yesterday about 1pm to get an estimate for some body work on one of my trucks. The lady at the front desk said that I would have to make an appointment for 3-5 days out. I asked if they were that busy would they even have time to repair my vehicle in a reasonable amount of time and her answer was, did I want to make an appointment or not. Very Rude. Seems they are so busy that customer service is irrelevant. If they don’t care to do an estimate I could only imagine the service after the sale. There are many other facilities in town that repair body damage so I will try one that actually wants my business and cares about our local community. Just remember that we have a choice where we spend our money and you are not the only game in town.

I cannot believe the way I was taken care of. There was an issue that had to do with the insurance so it wasn’t their issue but they made sure I was well taken care and understanding of the situation I was in. I cannot thank Derek and the GM enough.

Had to have a bumper replaced. Everything was great from my service advisor to the receptionist. Their professionalism was incredible and they were very friendly which made for a relaxed environment. If I ever have to go back to get a vehicle repaired, I’m coming here.
