My car needed some repair work and Caliber was one of the shops recommended by our insurance company. After looking at all the recommended shops and reading the reviews we picked Caliber and were not disappointed. They kept me informed and clearly answered questions I had about the process. Their work was very good and I really can't tell the car was repaired. One minor issue was a disconnect between Caliber and the insurance company. Caliber needed the car to be dropped off before they would order parts while the insurance company wanted the parts on hand before I dropped off the car. Caliber's reasoning was sound and I mostly feel the disconnect is the fault of the insurance company as they should work this issue out with the shops they recommend.

I can’t say enough great things about Nick at Caliber Collision on Weber Rd. From start to finish, he was professional, honest, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain the repairs in a way that made sense, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was done right.
Caliber Collision’s team clearly takes pride in their work, and with Nick leading the way, you know your car is in great hands. Highly recommend their service!

If I could give no star I would for customer service alone
I spoke to the desk woman who was just doing everything but hearing me out about my driver side front fender liner being against the tire and refuse to hear me out every time I said that I was not going through my insurance and just needed a quote she just kept saying call Ayers location and continuously got distracted you could hear her giggling to somebody over the phone and just kept repeating the same questions that I had already answered prior and as soon as I said that USAA was going to tow my vehicle there and not go through any insurance process she hung up the phone on me and just kept saying call Ayers
So I did! I explained what was going on I also explained that I'm not going through my insurance and they directed me to call back to the Weber location when I called back she got on the phone for 2 seconds and then she hung up on me... I feel like I'm just being tossed around a giant circle and I really hope that your company gets better customer service available for the front desk

Highly recommend the Weber location. We could not be more satisfied with the exemplary job on our Lexus. The body & paint work are flawless.
