A/c was out while it was 100 degrees outside. Other than that decent selection of boots. Good customer service in the back, cashier was rude.

Horrible, they treat u as if they were doing u a favor ...went to return a day old boots that I bought didn't fit and said I couldn't return because of the ware on them, from 1 day use walking ...not coming back

Every time I walk into this place the Staff is rude, unfriendly and useless. Today's experience just like many other visits I have here when I restock because I live In Hawaii so I like my Texas gear, it ain't cheap! So I go on about my business, w different staff members pass me, don't ask if I need help. I gathered what I could find went the register first thing asked " did anyone help you today?" HELL NO! Never do, never fails, I am never helped here EVER! You got something against Me? So as this poor girl who was kind heard me out, never have I ever walked away from a purchase when I saw the total thought back to all the times I was treated this way, I said ma'am I won't be purchasing these items. She tried to convince me however it was that moment I decided to never give my money to this place again.

I love the smell of leather walking into the store. I'm rating a 2 because of store condition. We live in South Texas, the heat is no joke and for past year that I've been going. Let me just say I'd rather be outside than shop in the store. The air conditioning in this store is horrible . I dread trying on clothes ? it's just to hot, n to see the employees working in these conditions is sad. So prepare yourself with bottle water n some form to fan yourself in this store!!

I like shopping here. I'd enjoy it more if I didn't sweat to death and get lightheaded trying to look around. Every time in the last probably 2 years I've been in here I've had to hurry out because it's way too hot. It was 95 degrees out today and it was more pleasant outside.

Biggest cavenders I’ve been too. They got a legit hat customization guy there, check out the pics. Old ford truck inside the store is the hat bar! They have old school branding irons that you just don’t see anywhere else
