Took my Grand Design Imagine in for a propane regulator recall. They wouldn’t order the part ahead of time and don’t keep it in stock, even though it’s a known recall. The repair took 11 days…way too long for something this simple. No one called with updates; I had to follow up myself every time.
I also wasn’t happy seeing the tech climbing and bouncing on my roof to “check for leaks.” That had nothing to do with the recall and felt like a push to sell me a roof reseal I didn’t ask for.
I’ll be going to a Houston or San Antonio dealer for any future work.

Ryan sold me a brand new Aurora Lite, process was smooth and he was super down to earth. Miss Brown at the front desk was awesome and new exactly what accessories i needed for my make and model. Albert in financing showed me everything i was getting, no gimmicks or BS. Good group of peeps there.

This is our fourth RV purchase within the Coastal Bend, and Blue Compass is by far the best dealership we've worked with. They genuinely want your business, not in a pushy way, but by offering the best deals possible to ensure you become a repeat customer. This has been our least stressful RV purchase so far, and I will be recommending them to everyone! Our sales associate, Crystal, made the process seamless and was incredibly patient with all our questions.

Blake the CC parts manager found a part for my 5th wheel within 2 hours after I called. I had been calling different places for approximately six plus months and no one could find the part. I’m not one to leave negative reviews usually but after our experience with Tyler, we decided to give a heads up to others. The process, rather than being smooth, was frustrating and disorganized. We didn’t feel like valued customers—more like a number being pushed through a sales funnel. When we asked questions or voiced concerns, the responses were inconsistent or delayed.
Unfortunately, we walked away disappointed and without the confidence to return or recommend this location to others due to our experience with that person. When it’s time to look again, we’ll most likely be turning elsewhere.

Five Stars for Tyler at Blue Compass RV in Corpus Christi
Out of probably 25+ salespeople we spoke to across San Antonio, Houston, and Corpus, Tyler stood out by a mile. No fluff, no pressure—just straight-up honesty and dedication. He took the time to truly listen to our needs and frustrations, and then went above and beyond to find exactly what we were looking for. Not only did he locate the perfect floor plan, but he found it at a price we didn’t think was even possible. He searched every angle, even reaching out to sister branches, to make it happen.
Our experience was wonderful from the beginning. Everyone we worked with—from finance to sales to service—was awesome. I couldn’t recommend this team of individuals enough!
Tyler’s communication was top-notch throughout the entire process, making what could’ve been a stressful experience feel seamless and easy. When it’s time for an upgrade, he’ll be our first and only call. We’re so grateful for the hard work and care he put into getting us such a great deal.
