Words can NOT explain how grateful and thankful I am for Mike at CC transformations. I was in an VMA on May 29th. After a month and a half of unsuccessfully going back and forth with the at fault parties Insurance company as well as mine to at least get my car out the impound lot I called Mike. He made one phone call and got the ball rolling! He went above and beyond to get me taken care of and stayed on top of my insurance company. Without him taking the reins and getting my insurance company to move I might still be waiting with no resolution in sight. I literally felt like everything was finally going to be ok and it was. Thank you so much Mike!! I will definitely be going to CC transformations for my future vehicle needs!

In March of this year 2024, my wife and I had an unfortunate accident in which we were hit on the left side, destroying a large part of the entire front, I saw this workshop on my GPS and did not hesitate to go with them when I saw the excellent evaluations and opinions from clients who in the past also trusted the good work of this staff who work quickly and with high quality and professionalism, from the beginning the entire process was very transparent and very attentive to resolve everything quickly, they helped us a lot with the car insurance claim process, they always kept us informed of every step that was being taken, they treated us very well with a lot of patience and respect, my wife and I are super grateful to all the workers at the workshop, we recommend 100% the quality of the work they do, proof of this are the photos that I left of how I carried my car after the accident and the result of when I picked it up, it seems that I bought it new at the agency ?

Last July, we were involved in an automobile accident that severely damaged the side of our truck. I searched for a Toyota Certified body shop and decided to go with CC Transformations. Right from the start, Michael demonstrated transparency and accessibility. He consistently returned our calls and kept us informed about the progress of the repairs. Despite occasional delays due to parts availability issues, Michael ensured that we were aware of the timeframe and maintained regular communication throughout the process. The exceptional customer service provided by CC Transformations is truly commendable, especially in an era where customer service is often lacking. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any body shop needs!

Excellent service from phone calls, to drop off all the way to pickup ! Nicholas was my point person and he truly went above & beyond!! Highly recommend.. the staff was polite, friendly and respectful!

Look at the photos that are attached here. It was simple work; they were needed to install my car’s front bumper. And also, I waited over one month. They should inform me. Also when I open front hood I saw missing bolts on my car. Plastic was removed somehow I didn’t get it. I was not planning to share on Facebook page but they didn’t call me back and fix it . It’s not going well right now it is about to drop.

Certified Collision Works did awesome job on repairing my vehicle after an accident. But the best thing about Certified Collision Works is they were always in touch with me and never ignored any text or question that I had. I highly recommend Stan and Certified Collision Works because they are so responsive. And they really do look out for their customers. A lot of places will promise you their customers come first but at Certified Collision Works they mean it!

I can't say enough good things about this place. Someone tore the antenna cover off of my car. The whole assembly, including the antenna, had to be replaced, which involved removing the headboard inside the car. The initial part ordered wasn't going to work, which thankfully Stan noticed before removing the plastic wrap, so I was able to return it for a refund. Great and attentive service, attention to detail, reasonable price!

They did an amazing job and I was VERY impressed on how fast it was done too!! They mentioned how there might be a delay on parts due to shipping but was able to get it and it looked like nothing ever happened! Very pleased on service
