We recently purchased a used minivan here, and overall were very happy with the sales people. I would caution anyone away from using Lithia Groups financing company My Driveway Finance. Working with them has been a headache. Payments don't post to their website for a few hours, and they also don't post to your bank account for a couple of days which can cause confusion, errors, and fees. It all just seems like a way to keep you from paying off your vehicle and charge you more interest. They can use a number of other lenders so request a lender that you are familiar with.

I found a used Ram truck and was offered what I considered to be a fair deal. When I returned the next day with my co-buyer I was told that they could not keep the deal as the cost of some repair work was more than expected. They offered to negotiate the cost with the body shop for me, but I would have to pay the cost (an additional $2,000 from the original deal). In return, the sales manager agreed to include a bed cover that I had asked for but was not included in the original deal. My truck went to the body shop on November 1st and I was told it would be done in 7-10 days. I called on 11/13/2023 and it took some time for them to find my paperwork. After many conversations and several white lies on their part, I went back down there to find that my truck had not even been touched. I was then told it would be done 11/15 or 11/16. On 11/16 I was told it would be done 11/17. On 11/17 I was told it would be done 11/20 and on 11/20 I was told it would be done 11/21. During this entire time I kept asking my salesman about the box cover to make sure that it got installed once the body work was done. The sales manager is now claiming it was not included on the deal. This is the short version. I highly recommend any other dealership.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. First, I came in to buy a vehicle that was listed on their website for $43k. Came in and they told me it was $54k and that it was that much because of a dealer $5k packet that comes with the car and cannot be removed. Second, originally, Sal, the tall skinny sales manager, flat out told me it would be illegal to register my car in FL and that I also couldn't transfer my old plate from my trade in to the new car, which is completely not true and when I told him that I'm military and have been stationed here before and bought 2 vehicles when stationed here last (8 years ago) and had both cars registered in FL and was able to transfer my plate, he got upset with me. Why he got upset with me and why he was so adamant with me registering it in TX, I have no clue. I have friends that work at the FL DMV and ran some of the information the dealership was giving me by them and what they were saying was a complete lie. He later came back and said we can do all the above (minus the plate transfer) but it's going to be at least $900+. It only ended up being $80 to register in FL. And all you need is a valid FL DL in order to register your vehicle in FL. Third, when I went to check to see if everything from the $5k packet was on my vehicle, it wasn't and when I called the dealership for an updated invoice, it didn't show the $5k packet and they told me I wasn't charged for it. So they lied to me about it being able to be removed when I originally asked that. All of this took place on Dec 30th and it's now March 29th and I still don't have my title and registration. I had to put the dealership in touch with my friends at the DMV for them to figure out. Why am I having to reinvent the wheel? They should have this figured out and I should be getting paid or a discount for doing leg work that they should be doing. Lastly, the FL DMV called me today to assist me with getting my registration and asked me if I had my old license plate from my trade in which was a personalized FL license plate. I said "no" because the dealership told me I couldn't transfer it. The FL DMV was baffled and had never heard that before. Needless to say, the FL DMV helped me out and was able to give me my somewhat personalized license plate. Through this entire process, I have spoken with probably 8 or 9 different managers/staff members and a couple of them had apparently left the dealership which is apparently why my stuff kept falling through the cracks. the only one that seems to be worth anything is AJ, so if you have issues, I'd try speaking to AJ as he seems to be the only one around there that knows anything. AVOID Sal, the sales manager at all costs. He is either trying to play you, or unknowledgeable. Talk to anyone but him. Good luck if you come here for a vehicle. You're going to need it.

This place is pure garbage. For years you couldn't schedule an appointment for an oil change; now all of a sudden it's appointment only and it's booked for days in advance. They'll also try and weasel out of tire rotations with excuses. Find a place that wants your business.

Come into dealership off an ad on carfax for a certain silverado 1500 going for 33,898$ great test drive great okay i want to purchase this vehicle Quick math online 6.99% rate at 72 months my payment should be around 620 to 630 range depending the tax title and license fees come out (first breakdown shows my payments at over 800+ $) Fist price menu comes out and numbers are WAY off and i see some random 5,000$ + up charge and the sales price is at 36,999 (MAJOR RED FLAG) i bring this up right away to the sales guy all he says is oops let me take this to my manager i think they messed up on the numbers (okay I understand i used to sell cars go ahead) Second price menu comes out with a internet sales manager price is correct to carfax pricing at 33,898 (awesome all is good) but i see a 2,999$ + up charge here where the last 5,000+ fee was at (okay RED FLAG what the hell is this) i ask about it and they explain to me that this is in every used car they sale and cannot be removed has some car tracking installed rhino lined and undercarriage protection (DAM no one told me this in the beginning and respond to internet sales manager i cannot will my not accept a selling price before ttl over carfax pricing and will not pay the add on even if mandatory) Third menu comes back with either the GM or another sales manager with another price sheet lo and behold the price is now 36,999 but 0$ add on and the GM start telling me the carfax pricing messed up and they cannot and will not honor the online price from carfax (of course this is just a way of hiding the add on protection package and coming up with a BS excuse to charge me for it (and this is where i got mad and had to stand up and leave) And they ran my dam credit nombreeeeee PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GO OVER THE NUMBERS BEFORE YALL FILL OUT A CREDIT APP i have great credit and should not have an issue buying anywhere else BUT HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AND THERE PHONY SALES TACTICS

They will "guarantee" they have a deal and be nowhere near what you're asking for. They'll make promises on service and never return calls or emails and God forbid you try to get a warranty refund they will leave you waiting for hours. Tons of people just standing around and sitting at their desk watching someone standing and waiting but never even offer to help....absolute trash. Autonation doesn't have trouble helping people like lithia seems to...had similar problems at both locations.

What an amazing Facility and the staff is unbelievably friendly. Bought my jeep wrangler there and they were top-notch from start to finish. Highly recommend this dealership regardless of the other few shady reviews. Got to give these guys credit when credit is due. I will be sending all my friends and family there to service and purchase their next vehicle.
