Place is clean. Really nice clothes. A bit expensive. Everytime I walk in this store i get the feeling like im the wrong type of race to be there. Female workers are sketchy, the other worker not sure if a She/He was Very welcoming and Respectful...which was definitely appreciated.

Just happened to be@ the shopping strip when I came across this shop. Nice apparel and prices below my expectations.I would definitely stop and shop next time I'm in the neighborhood. The staff was busy putting up freight and decorations They didn't acknowledge or greet me, which was odd. As for the closed dressing rooms, they should be open.... pandemic is way over

I agree with everyone on their review when they say the workers are rude. The workers were talking about a customer out loud. Very unprofessional, someone seriously needs to coach them on how customer service should be.

The store looks very nice, clean and neat, the workers not to friendly, and the fitting rooms were close, you can't even try the clothes on, to see if they fit. They told me I can always return it, with all the tags attached and receipt would had been better to try the clothes on, before purchasing, but I found 3 dresses I liked and a blouse I bought for a good price?? hopefully they will fit

They clothes are good the price of good customer service kind of bad especially when the changing rooms are closed and my little girl was trying on a skirt over her pants and the lady came over and said that that was not allowed that's why they're changing rooms were closed but how rude she said it either way I will continue going

Whoever runs and operates CitiTrends needs to be fired. They have had the changing rooms closed for two years due to covid, even with the latest cdc guidelines changing dramatically. Citi trends is anything but up to date and should not require you to purchase clothes, try them on at home and only get store credit if they don't fit. Terrible business

We where greeted as we walked in. The store was really clean and organized. They had a little bit for the whole family. I did not see anything in there over $20.00.
