“I went to this location in panic. I had been on the phone with the IRS for 2 1/2 hours. I was greeted by Vanessa F (Store Associate in Print Dept.). She really went above and beyond. I told her that the IRS wanted me to be near a actual fax machine and what I was going through. She was patient and caring at the same time showing concern. She could have not cared about my situation and went back to what she was doing when I asked her for her help. She also told me while we were in conversation how she was supposed to go home at 2pm.
