The Concentra facility was very organized and the staff was very friendly. The facility was also very clean, which is wonderful to see.

My visit took nearly 3 hours where I spent approximately 20 minutes with a medical professional.

The staff was very nice. Idk if they didn’t have enough staff though? But the wait times were absolutely insane. An hour to get called back, which for a blood test and n95 which I’ve done plenty of times is pretty common. But once I was bank it took another hour while most of that time I was left in a room with no productivity for 40 minutes. A total of 2 hours there for a max of 20 minutes of being helped.

I arrived to ur place of business a few minutes before 9am. I did not leave til almost lunch time. People kept getting called back while me and another gentleman (who arrived prior to me) waited with no explanation of the wait. People in and out all morning except for us. I believe that was unprofessional and will probably never use ur place of business again.

Well I took my test on Wednesday and it is Monday of the following week and I still have not gotten the results from my drug screen preemployment test, so I’m very dissatisfied with the way you all work you all said that by Friday my company would have the results and they have not received them yet
