I love coming to this store during the day! The employees on day shifts are amazing! The overnight guy always closes the doors with a sign “be back in 10minutes” but he always takes around 30minutes to unlock the door.
Here tonight (8/12/24) he has it locked at 1030pm.. bro didn’t his shift start at 10p? Why does he need this long of a break at the start of his shift?!

The guy that had been working night shift for months now is so unprofessional. I have been kicked out of the store by him as I was grabbing my item by him telling me I need to hurry up so he can take his break, TWICE. Tonight he has said the registers are down for hours. I’ve stopped by two separate times within five to six hour span yet they are still not fixed?

The two dark long-haired girls are very rude and very slow and at least one decides to take a break in between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. when it's the busiest I have seen 25 people standing in line on a regular basis? management please try to do better when picking employees?

This is my store. I am pretty much a daily visitor. This location is always super busy. They normally do a good job of everyone in and out. The guy who works during the morning shift who stocks and cleans up his work ethic is awesome. Janie is super sweet. Ty.. he is pretty much the reason a lot of people stop at this location. They have a few new people. They are quick and seem nice. The one thing I have never seen the shelves empty, or messy. The drink station is always clean! I do see repairs being done when needed. I have seen other locations that are in need of repairs. I guess it goes back to the store manager? If you don't make it a priority, it won't get taken care of.

I have been going here regularly for the past couple of weeks. Only 1 time has the restrooms been available to use! That was when this one young girl wasn't working! She has long hair dark in color and I confronted her about it just now. I seriously think it's because she doesn't want to have to clean it as closing duties! It only started since she's been there! Needless to say I carried my business across the street and I will continue to give them my business from now on as long as this lazy little girl is there!!!

I usually don't write a bad review but this time I feel it's necessary for corporate to see they have employed a very disrespectful, rude Assist Manager Janie. I have been in retail for 50 yrs and customer service makes or breaks your business. To ensure returning happy customer's you should required that Janie has to attendanger management and change her attitude, especially on company time.

People here are so rude. There are only two guys that work here that are uplifting ones name is Tye he is so funny and helpful the other I don't know his name. The manager Mel is rude and Cruella Deville in disguise. My husband and I will only go in if she's not there. So sad cause we used to enjoy shopping there. But now I'd rather drive 10 miles than see her. Cruella must have hired her sister or daughter another rude person at circle K surprise suprise. 02/19/2022 Don't shop here if you want a pleasant experience.
