After buying a used Porsche Cayenne, I took it to Corpus Auto Service due to their excellent reviews and expertise in Porsche maintenance. Unfortunately, my vehicle turned out to have several serious issues that required replacement/repair. However, the team at Corpus Auto Service was honest, friendly, and fair throughout the process. They completed all the necessary repairs, and now I feel confident that my vehicle is safe. I highly recommend their services!

Somewhat on the pricey side. We Had a check engine light for an O2 sensor, they were going to charge us close to $600. I put a fuel additive in my car that said it cleans O2 sensors, and the problem is gone. Saved $580!

I am compelled to express my disappointment with the subpar service I received at this location. I must advise others to exercise caution when considering this establishment. Unfortunately, our vehicle was returned to us in a state of disrepair, and the mechanic's negligence resulted in damage to the vehicle's exterior. To our dismay, the vehicle's condition upon return was worse than its initial state. I have lost trust in the management, particularly Jerry. I intend to submit a formal complaint regarding this experience.

I highly recommend that you avoid this business. I was charged $1,774 for a routine Mercedes B service and transmission service, though when I brought it in for service, I was told it could be “up to $1,500”. When I first called for an appointment and asked for the cost of a Service B I got “It depends” and no amount. I went to this location specifically for a transmission flush, but they were unable to flush it and didn’t call me to tell me that. All their costs are very high. I was charged $175 for 4 spark plugs. Their labor costs are extremely high. Get a full written detailed estimate BEFORE you let them work on your car and make them stick to it. I didn’t and boy do I regret it.

Well I should have learned my lesson the first time, these people are clowns. They cater to what they are capable of doing and hustle the rest of the way. These people suck don't go there if you have real mechanical problems these guys are trash.
