have NEVER used this membership even once. I changed use of my accounts and had some family matters to attend to and tried to reach out to the person in charge of memberships to cancel or freeze the membership. I never got a call back but instead they kept trying to charge my account every few DAYS. THIS IS BEING REPORTED TO THE CFPB. THERE ARE SUCH THINGS AS ILLEGAL CONTRACTS AND PRACTICES. I offered to find a resolution and instead I got unethical and illegal activity. Absolutely MALICIOUS.

I took advantage of a free week trial. I won't be signing up for it full time. I primarily need cardio machines and weight stations, things I can get at most gyms. Here are my impressions. 1. Pro: Great staff. Very friendly and nice. 2. Pro: access to bath and wash towels so I didn't have to bring my own when I showered. 3. Pro: nice indoor track and tennis courts. 4. Con: COST! As of 11/11/2023, it's $180/month/a couple. That's ridiculous. 5. Con: Several weight machines and cardio machines are old - like well over 7 years (which is old for gym equipment). 6. Con: nobody wipes down their machines or equipment after use. Gross! 7. Con: instead of continuing to build this one even bigger, why don't you build a second gym like this. Say in the Robstown area? Id love to join this gym but if my limit is only this location, then I'll pass.

Carlos was extraordinary! I am moving here in about 3 months and I wanted to check out the gyms in the area. I came here and was greeted by Carlos. I have never felt more taken care of at a gym! If you are looking for a gym, look no further! You found it! ??

Have attended this gym for years on and off just to try out all of the gyms that corpus has to offer, but we always seem to come back to this one! They have the most amenities by far. Everything is well maintained and regularly updated.

Poor customer service had called to cancel my membership and got no email so they continue to bill when I haven’t gone in 2 months . Then cancelled and charge cancel fee. Don’t waste your money

For as big as this "club" is, and as much as you pay, there's no reason why this place shouldn't be 24 hours. There's alot of refinery/shift work employees in this town, they should cater to such. Not everyone is retired and has the freedom to go on a timely schedule at their leisure. You factor in the time of day, and the traffic getting there, you almost don't want to work out at that point. Especially if it's peak time of the day when it's packed! Don't bother going Early am, lunch, and 5-7pm unless you want to fight the crowd! However, a lot of the crowd in the parking lot is from their classes. If they went 24 hours, it would definitely be utilized! Some of us night owls would love a "quiet zone" from 10pm-4am! Something their management should highly consider for the monthly price! Speaking of prices, they only have one set package. It's the only option, so you're stuck paying almost for $100 and not everyone utilizes everything. Why am I paying for the basketball, tennis ball, and pickle ball courts if I never have intention on using them? They won't drop the price or consider package options, and that's a selfish outlook from a management position towards people on a tight budget! Also, why no background music? Even opera or instrumental music would be nice! It's just awkward grunting and equipment clanking.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. Very clean. Early Mornings are the best times to go. Massages are different in a good way and so worth it!

By far, the absolute BEST FITNESS FACILITY in Corpus!!!Coming from a 20 year background in fitness/nutrition/wellness, and having worked for, worked at, and trained at several facilities during that time, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that this is the VERY BEST fitness center I have ever attended!!!The staff is always friendly and incredibly helpful. The facility is very clean and well sanitized. There is a nice variety of fitness equipment to use.I LOVE the track and the tennis courts!!!The place is so, so spacious and comfortable. And, the amenities!!! Oh, the amenities!!!! Honestly, the pool area alone is worth the price of membership!! From the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, pools, and cold dip, there is literally something for everyone here!!I am so thankful that this facility exists in our community...they are second to none!Thank you, CCAC!!

Great place not just to workout but have fun doing the countless activities that are mostly available for free with membership. One of my few cons would be the 5.30pm workout rush hour. From parking to equipment availability and open space for stretching is very limited during this time ? . I would recommend to management to open at 4am. Some folks like me may switch to early morning as I would now be able to get a workout in and get to work on time. 5am does not give me enough time.

I give it 4 stars because I love the place but I have something to say and that is that those of us who do sit-ups to complete our exercise routine each time we have less space if we look every day you place a different machine and reduce more and more our space and practically there is nowhere to make us and we pay for everything, not just to make machines and that's it.

I will not renew membership. The 3 day pass y’all give out is an invitation for theft. I paid in full the family year. We stopped going after just 3 months due to the level of weirdos coming in on a 3 day free pass. I would suggest not joining or not opting for a year up front because it’s not worth the risk. And they charge for every little thing. If you use a court that no one is on, you get to pay for it. People in the wet area are disgusting. Getting in the pool, hot tub, cold dip while wearing sweaty clothes. Swimming in basketball shorts. No one bothers to shower first and no one cares. People stealing wallets, bags, car keys and cars. And you’ll get a fungus and need lamisil. Highly overrated and I’m very disappointed

Staff members are great and helpful. But the hours they’re open are non-competitive. For the most expensive gym in the area their hours shouldn’t be so limited. The customer and employees deserve more of an opportunity. The equipment is nice, but space is also limited. It is crowded nearly open to close, this is in part due to limited hours and the influx of high school kids working out. It’s a good gym that just needs a few things ironed out.

130$ a month. Male lockerroom is outdated and the shower area smells like sewage. The facility is always extremely busy and it's impossible to use equipment. The staff is nice and friendly but for 130 a month the least I expect is enough equipment. Not to mention they have no areas for stretching and 70% of the facility are just tennis courts. Worst gym I have been in a while and I have been to places like Equinox, four seasons dallas and omni resort who charge the same price but provide clean and nice environment. The only thing that's good abt this place is their sauna.
