  I Highly recommend Cost Cutters. Juli is fabulous& has great customer service skills. She is definitely a professional hairstylist. Juli listened to my past horror stories with other hairdressers, (they chemically burned my hair twice) Next, she explained her process and put my mind at ease. The results were beyond my expectations. Professional services, at an affordable prices. I'd give 10 🌟. if possible The 35 minute drive to 5 points, damn well worth it.🥰

  Went there for a perm, I was exploring salons and usually they were around $100 plus a cut, but when I went there the lady started adding prices like I didn't know what I was doing and stealing my money, I ended up walking away with about $160 gone

  Each barberess I've had cut my hair here has done amazing. Just gotta be clear on what you want and know your hair like any other barber place.

  If I could give this place a zero I would! I went with my sister to get her hair cut here, last Friday. We walk in and nobody greets us; even though there were like four stylists just standing around. They tell my sister to sign in. We were the only people in there besides a lady that was already getting her hair done. My sister told me before we went in that she wanted her hair cut just above the shoulders. Her hair was pretty long/ way past her shoulders. My sister showed the girl, Marissa, a picture of Debbie Harry and another picture of a girl with shoulder length hair, as a reference. SHE CUT OFF WAY TOO MUCH OF HER HAIR!!!! It literally looks like a pixie cut now. It’s way shorter in the back, too; which isn’t what she wanted AT ALL. Her hair, in the front, is much shorter than her chin. At the time I thought maybe my sister changed her mind about cutting it to her shoulders, and just went shorter. But at home, she told me that it wasn’t what she asked for. She cut it all wrong!!! She didn’t texture the hair and she didn’t cut her bangs right. In fact, her bangs were the longest pieces of her hair!!! My sister was so upset!! I don’t understand how she could mess her hair up that badly, when her request was so simple!! Marissa didn’t seem to feel bad about cutting all her hair off. She didn’t apologize or anything. My sister is too nice because she still gave her a good tip!
  
  BTW My sister told me that the other stylists asked Marissa why she cut it that short/ said that she cut too much off and she just ignored them.

  Went to the store located on NW blvd around 1pm. Received probably the worst haircut of my life. First upon entering the lady that cut my hair decided to watch me sign in And sit down and then proceeded to take a 20 minute break. I signed in at 12:55 and was seated at 1:20. Once we started she immediately took a buzzer to my head showed an appalling lack of care for me as a customer and her haircut quality. She went onto ramble to others in the store not caring about what she was doing to my hair. I was on edge from start to finish. This lady gave me an extremely poor haircut and I WILL NEVER BE BACK. awful experience

  I'm always satisfied here! They do a good job. It gets busy though, usually in the afternoon on weekdays. I get hair color here, cut, style, even a Brazilian Blowout. Convenient location and friendly service.

  My hair was bad. Like three different lengths in all the wrong places. She washed, cut, and styled in less than 30 minutes and it came out great! I will go back ❤️Service: Haircut

  I walked in 12:15 pm only 2 Barbers available with 2 customers that's fine I was going to wait patiently I was next so it looked like I was next ...then a lady walked in right after me wrote her name after me as a walk in then 12:40pm comes around a Barber finishes with customer oh great I'm next! Nope she went to the clip board looked at the list and rudely skipped me and took the lady that came in after me .did she Skip me because the lady was doing a hairstyle maybe a larger tip not to sure but I left upset and without a haircut and took my business somewhere else not how I expect businesses to be ran
