Horrible service…. They male working there threatened my dad because he didn’t want to help him pay his bill…, Threatened him with the police… said that was HIS STORE! This is the second time in 2 days I’ve heard about this same person … common factor is that they are Spanish speakers…. Next complaint is to Cricket corporate… Sticking with the girls at Cricket on Horne Rd …. They are an awesome store.. and not part of this “authorized” retailer!

This service is good, that one employee that works there is beyond GORGEOUS! The one with short blonde hair. She helps out so much and interacts with her costumers! Best employee EVER!
