Awful location, lady was texting the whole time I was trying to get help with my phone. No customer service. Go to another store. My wife had went a few days prior and the workers were trying to use google to get answers for the issue we were having. They don’t know what they are doing.

How is the sales person waaaaaaaay more helpful than the manager!? Lmfao! The manager who worked 11/22/2024 during evening was extremely unhelpful! Telling me she couldn't help me get my iPhone unlocked! & there had to be a certain "button" that would give me an option to unlock an esim for any carrier on cricket login. THAT WAS A LIE! She was to busy of her damn phone! When she could of easily got OFF her damn phone and help direct me on what I should of done instead of just saying I dont know who you can call. After I told her I already had called, customer support. She could of asked me questions about a previous account. I could of done your job for you babe. Sorry I wasnt trynna get service with CRICKET! & to the sales associate! You deserve her position & were extremely helpful & directed me exactly where I needed to be directed!!! 💯

One employee claimed another who had been helping me with a missing payment didn’t know anything and it took me going to the store 4 times for them to be able to get a manager to tell me that I needed to call customer service.
