I went to pay for my landline plan and Mrs. Yuliana treated me terribly. Sometimes I asked her about some phone numbers and she didn't answer. She claimed she was deaf and every minute she attended to me she always had a bad face and didn't want to help me.

Everytime I come to this store on cricket on Port Ayers Miss Juliana always does an amazing job at helping me out and is a great listener she managed to hear me out and give me great service. Definitely made me leave better than when I walked in. Only store that I come to make my payments at.

my mom and I went to this cricket because my mom needed to purchase a new cellphone and the sale Rep Angelina had great customer service. She was really nice and understanding with my mom. And she wished my mom a happy birthday too so really sweet of her. We will be coming back to this store. Thank you.

I tried Cricket Wireless for a few days, that is, until I could no longer bear their slow and unpredictable network speeds. They do work off GSM which means there are advantages to having them as your phone carrier, such as being able to use the phone while accessing the web. (CDMA networks don't allow simultaneous access.) But that plus with Cricket didn't outweigh the minuses of enduring random buffering moments while watching videos and running into quirks like text pic attachments which couldn't be larger than 1 MB. For most folks that may be reasonable, but other carriers offer more flexibility with their plans. So do your homework and make the best choice for your needs and wants.
