I went to get a new phone charger chord I brought one. And not with in 24 hours it broke on me. I went back to the store. And the guy told me that he couldn't do anything for me. That i would have to buy a new phone charger chord. Then he just kept trying to sell me a whole new phone. But they were so unprofessional with dealing with me. I'll never go back to that location ever again.

Priscilla is a life saver!! My new phone I bought at another store was locked and she took the time to help me and even stayed after hours to make sure I wasn't without a phone. Thank you Priscilla :)

Cricket has good monthly rates and decent data speeds. But their motto must be "Give everything for free to new customers and charge existing customers full price." I just get annoyed. When I'm trying to shop for a new phone (cracked screen, smh), in sorting by price low, and it says $0. Click it. Price for new customers $0, price for upgrade $299. Seriously? Yeah I've been a loyal customer for years and years but let's charge me $300 more than someone who may not even stay with the company or pay their bill. PLUS don't forget that $25 upgrade fee ON TOP of that $300 "upgrade"

Alondra was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She not only assisted me with adding a new line to my account she upgraded my current lines from old outdated plan to the new current high speed plans. Now I'm getting the full service I've been paying for. Coming to this location from now on for any future needs.

Juan is amazing! In the 15+ years I've been a customer with cricket, I have almost never encountered a good employee. I always dread when I have to go in the store for something. Usually, I'm (not) greeted by some ghetto trash with attitude. Juan is the complete opposite (and the only reason I'm giving this store 5 stars). He is very helpful when it comes to customer service, always has a smile and great attitude, and goes the extra mile. He should be the head trainer over the entire corporation. If all the employees were half as good as him, cricket would be in a whole different league.

Convinced my daughter to switch, wasn't told about $25 referral. Then trying to see what would be cheaper if I add a line for $10, but sales associate said it was $10 monthly for 3rd line, brought my own phone, but charged $25 activation fee and $10 Sim card. Then she says call customer service to see why it wasn't $10 to add service..wth.with.. I could have had my daughter start a new line and get a free phone for switching.. Not really any deal here plus felt overcharged and mislead. I recently had switched 2 phones the month before.. maybe switching soon again.
