The salesperson at this store was unprofessional. I had just upgraded my phone, left and came back due to the new phone being locked. The lady there was on the phone with a customer arguing and also talking to someone on her personal phone. When I asked her to help me all she said is that I could factory reset it on my own or file with insurance...Luckily, I went to another Cricket store and the lady helped me right away and even stayed after hours to make sure I was without a phone.

It's my first time ever going back to the store and it was a breath of fresh air. The store manager Vera was so sweet and helpful compared to all the other times I have been in there... and there is a dark woman who works there also and she is so rude. This the reason I try to avoid going in there to make a payment. This is the reason why I wouldn't go back because she looks upset all the time and not friendly. I enjoyed Ms. Vera assistance and knowledge. I will continue coming back and will bring you business.

Visiting from San Antonio went to the store was having problems with my phone and the store manager Vera helped she was very patient and walked me through my new phone and showed me how to set my settings I was amazed at her knowledge on phones she was able to get me up and going.While looking for a Cricket they where the closes and I was skeptical about going in because of there reviews but Vera was so amazing and helpful that next time I'm in Corpus I'm asking her out Thank Vera for taking care of me

I am a long time customer of Cricket, but the manager Steve on the Saratoga location is absolutely the worst salesperson ever. He does NOT do business honestly!!!!!!! I was considering to go away from cricket because of him, but Karma always come around. One of these days he will ripp off the wrong person.

Went in on a Monday evening, had our 3 phones switched to their service, took only about half hour, and saving 100.00 a month. Cricket was recommended to us by many friends, so far so good.

Associate gave inaccurate information regarding promotion. She ended up processing transaction in a way that did not allow us to obtain the promotional iPhone for switching to Cricket. She did admit her mistake. Store manager apologized but said nothing she could do. Suggested calling Cricket customer support to see if they could help. Spent 3 hours on the phone with customer support, was hung up on 3 times. Gave up after the 3rd time. Horrendous customer service that has no ability to correct their mistake if they make one. Also incorrectly charged for SIM card which was only an extra $10 but just one more error they made that cost us more that they said there was nothing they could do.

Worst manger ever have a broken window during the freez..it's been 10 months with a broken window plus no water and broken dishwasher and broken oven .for 6 months
