I came to Cricket to get a new Apple iPhone and switch from Qlink wireless the ACP, it was a good experience. The guy working was knowledgeable of the product and helped me a lot. Got the iPhone 11 and I'm happy with it.

The Cricket Store in Callelen Texas on Northwest boulevard has horrible customer service. Adrian and Erica were very rude and had no free phones. The signs outside say free phones n they have no free phones. Also they were very very disrespectful and very ugly to us. DONT SHOP THERE PLEASE

So I have never had such great customer service as we did yesterday from Ms. Jessica at this store! Not only super friendly but also so helpful & knowledgeable about what questions we had! I live an hour and 20 minutes away from her store but I will definitely make it a point to drive to her when I need any customer service or call her store if I have any questions. Cricket you have a winner with your manager Jessica! I have been with cricket for over 10 years, love the service & now I can actually say the customer service! Thanks again Jessica for helping myself & my daughter get her iPhone 14 max! ❤️
