The lovely lady at the desk was most kind and helpful when presented with a lost stressed crazed old woman is the midst of the most difficult move of her life.
She very patiently looked up my account, my unit number, my passcode (and wrote it on a card for me), explained the map and how to get to my specific unit, explained what to expect to see and where to find my lock and key upon arrival at my unit.
She waited and held open access for myself and my movers to enter.
She was wonderful. I believe her name is Becca. At least that was the sign on the desk today at about 1100.
