this random pharmacist was rude and very very unprofessional, talked to her technicians all types of crazy, gave attitude to the customers including me who came in for their prescriptions. she was very unhelpful and just unkind all the way. this is not the cvs i used to know and love.

When picking up prescriptions, if there is any discrepancy in price/insurance, you are pulled to another pharmacist to resolve the issue then made to get to the back of the line from when you just came.Initially on line at 5:37 pm; finished check out process at 6:23 pm.

Worst Pharmacy EVER!!! I switched to brand name drugs only because they switched my generic on me! They make me wait DAYS!! Oh hell no k switched to Walgreens!! My brand name drugs are not a problem there. The Pharmacist made an executive decision and denied a 3 month refill of Lexipro because I was not done with the generic, then I was out for 3 days and miserable! To hell with this place the Pharmacist cares nothing but shoving generic drugs from INDIA down your throat. Oh yeah and she is if Indian nationality. She’s doing a HUGE DISSERVICE to this pharmacy at CVS! Get her out of there before you have no more customers. Which is what CVS deserves. They care NOTHING about your wellness!

Poor Customer Service!Hung up on by Sara after not being able to dispense medication for over 10 days.Tried to tell me that the prescription “just came over” and hung up on me after I challenged her statement. I had received text messages from the system 2 days prior that they were working on it.I take my healthcare seriously. They tried to suggest I take a different dosage that they can find more easily.Can’t trust them anymore.Recommend anybody but CVS on Everheart.

Rude.Can't dispense medication due to apathy and attitude.Found it in town at another pharmacy after Sara told me it was on back order.I was patient with them, it had been 12 days since my last dose.Won't be back.I take my health seriously, CVS was a horrible partner in my healthcare team, and that is why I am leaving this review.

Wow, I’m shocked at all the negative reviews, although most people don’t bother to take the time with the positive ones. Sad but true. I recently moved to this part of CC, this is now my CVS. I have been nothing but pleased with it. Yesterday being Valentine’s Day topped it off. I went in rather bummed to buy myself chocolates being that I have no valentine this yr. As I searched for my debit card, cashier John pulled his out, scanned it saying “no ma’am, Happy Valentines Day, these are from me!” I was so touched I wanted to cry. Talk about a guy making my day. God bless you John & staff. For the person who has issue with pharmacy taking a short 30 min lunch break. Have a heart, geeze, not even time to scarf down a sandwich. Enjoy your lunch everyone, won’t hurt us to sit and catch our breaths & be happy to be alive for 30 mins.

Pharmacist said he’d call me when prescription was ready, that never happened. Was looking for sewing needles and associate ignored me and waited on someone at the register. I don’t think they care much for customers. I’m not from here my cVS in Houston has excellent customer service.

went in looking for a certain item the lady at the register was too busy talking to two other male workers. i understand you want to talk it’s not too busy at 830 am but don’t ignore your customers over a conversation you can have at lunchtime.

Terrible service by workers. Refused to help me even though they were still open. Complete laziness by all of the employees. Were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Don't get your meds sent here. All the workers should be fired.
