The staff worked with great teamwork as they were filling multiple prescriptions. They were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this CVS Pharmacy on Yorktown and South Staples.

Pharmacy is the worst I have ever seen. Drive through is always 30 minutes whether there is one customer or 10. Pharmacy doesn't answer calls unless you hold for 30 minutes

The pharmacy attendant was very rude!It took over 30 minutes to pick up my medication..I had to call and advise her that I along with 10 cars behind me needed help!!When she finally came to the window, I was treated like a second class citizen!!Corpus Christi Tx.. location on Staples and Yorktown!!

This was the 3rd time I have picked up prescriptions from this CVS. Every time there is a long wait. But today was horrible and the staff was rude about it. Only 2 or 3 people working back there. My meds were send electronically by my Dr before 5pm and I didn’t get my meds until 10pm!! I sat in your store for 30+ (after being told it would be 15 minutes). I was in excruciating pain and needed to be in bed resting. Instead I was waiting for my meds.I stopped using CVS several years ago for poor customer service and thought I’d give you any try. Nope! Not going to happen. I’ll be switching back to Walgreens for my local scripts.

Thank you all so much! Everyone is always so nice & kind & helpful even when you are so busy, sometimes it’s crazy busy & everyone has always been so nice no mater how stressful it can be. This receipt says Randi she was so nice too. I really should remember all of your names because you all have always been wonderful. A couple times there are a few girls that give my dogs treats so I try to bring them once in a while when I can. But they don’t always have them & the one girl said she buys them with her own money & she said I don’t always have them but I try to. That’s just so nice she would spend her own money. I would think cvs would pay for that. But it isn’t really necessary, but it is a nice treat for dogs once in a while:) Thanks So Much Again

It's unbelievable how a pharmacy can be so disorganized & confused. The technician seems to be lack knowledge of medicine & usage. Service is extremely slow. Unfortunately this is the only one located on south staples.

My husband had an ear infection and could not hear and the pharmacist would not get up off her chair and speak to him closer and louder. I felt this was rude and unprofessional.

Worst customer service I've ever seen. It's hard to get through the automated phone line. Then when you do they won't answer the phone. They spend more time filling the prescriptions than actually taking care of their customers. Switching to HEB pharmacy.

pharmacists & their techs are rudeemployees are unfriendly & not helpful at allthe store lacks products that Walgreens carry-so, I will be transferring my prescriptions & general business to Walgreens on Saratoga

Still waiting for a prescription to be filled. After several attempts and months later, still no prescription. Every time I go by they say it's on backorder. It's funny how a mom and pop pharmacy down the street can order and have it filled the next day.

Arrive sick, get medicine, feel better the next day...March, 2023 VisitFor spring break we visited Corpus Christi, to enjoy a bit of sun and relaxation, and we enjoyed the trip.Our daughter had a bit of a cold the previous week and was better days before we departed. We didn't realize she had developed an ear infection until her ear wouldn't pop on the flight, so shortly after we landed we visited CVS. This CVS was the closest one with the Minute Clinic open on a Sunday morning/We arrived and signed in and received a mid-afternoon appointment. Thankfully another visit didn't show so we got in quicker than expected. Nurses Chrissy and Bina were quite helpful. They confirmed and ear infection and prescribed medicine for that and a couple other symptoms. Chrissy and Bina were helpful and attentive!Our daughter was better the next day and much better two days later and almost fully better the third day... and she still completed all the medicine to be fully healed.Thank you, Chrissy & Bina, for helping our daughter get fully better!---------------

The lovely pharmacist, Milaila was most helpful. I can't say the same about the trashy blonde pharmacy tech. She was yelling INCORRECT store policy AND legal information while being rude and dismissive. Why is this woman anywhere near a CVS? I will not go back to subject myself to such a vile experience. After insulting me, she proceeded to insult every other customer who walked up. We were all staring at each other in astonishment.

This location is very nice. They usually have everything you need and the shelves are always stocked. This is a great place to stop by during holidays to pick up a quick gift as well. They have a minute clinic which is very convenient. CVS staff is very nice and friendly and willing to help. I see a lot of bad reviews and honestly, I haven't had any issues with the actual store. They recently have opened self check outs and I love that option. The reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because YES the Rx never answers the phones. However once at the counter the Rx staff isn't rude but they are always busy. I witnessed a customer feel she was being treated rudely when the RX staff asked for her info. The employee wasn't rude she was just asking for the info she needed to help her customer and move on to her next task. It would be nice if the Rx answered their phone but the reality is that they are just a busy Rx.
