This is the second time in a row I’ve driven out here to get my prescription and left empty handed.
A week ago I got the automated call my prescription was ready so I swung by and the pharmacy was closed, even though it was a Monday at 10am and their posted hours say they should be open (and it was way too early to be the lunch break).
Continued getting “your prescription is ready” calls. Had time to swing by this morning to try again, so I did. But was told my prescription was not ready. Waited 20 minutes inside, only to be asked if I wanted the generic brand of my meds, to which I said no. I reminded them I have a note in my prescription specifying it had to be name brand. Waited 5 more minutes to be told to come back tomorrow because they don’t have it….
So. Frustrating.
Side note - not an employee in sight so you’ll HAVE to use self checkout and all the nail polish is expired and separated.

My husband tried to buy me a package of syringes for my diabetes and they wouldn’t sell to him. They were extremely rude and unhelpful. Your prices are outrageous in the entire store. I will always make sure I inform people to NOT ago to your store.

Everybody was so nice. Was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked if there was anything I could be helped with. Everybody there was very courteous and professional. Great experience.

Manager late to open the store to multiple customers. I bought items in store and also ordered online for product 50% off. Manager had item in hand but couldn't give it to me because it takes an hour to see online order in her system despite me showing proof. Was asked to come back later.

I've been using this pharmacy for a couple of years. I've had some trouble before in the past, like receiving a text that my prescriptions are ready at 7:00, when the pharmacy is closed.
There used to be long lines with several people working, sometimes people were a little rude.
But this new master pharmacist I feel has changed everything. Every time I go there there's never a line. Every time there is a prescription change, he comes to speak with me each and every time. He never leaves without asking if I have any questions.
But today when I was asking someone else a question about when an order was sent he looked it up on his computer without even having been involved and answered my question and less time than it took the other person to be able to get to the computer.
I feel safer knowing that this new pharmacist is in command and I'll be continuing to pick up my family's prescriptions from this location.

I was in the pharmacy line waiting, and when I finally made it to the window they closed the screen. Yes it was 7pm but I had been in the line for 10 min. If I was in the line inside the store would they have just left me standing there. It was very rude and bad customer service. The time was exactly 7:00. There was no one behind me and they could have helped me and been done very quickly.

We ordered a document online to be printed and when we got there the lady working said she didn’t know how to do it as she prints from
home and was super rude and we had no idea what we were doing so we’re trying to do it ourselves and weren’t really sure what to do and then once we printed we started leaving and she yelled at us that we didn’t pay but we didn’t even know we needed to as she didn’t explain anything to us. Just really uncomfortable experience.

Went to pay a bill through money gram and long story short was given a ugly attitude by the cashier her name was tashaka or something I can't remember she giving me attitude for no reason from the min I walked in so as I'm paying I simply tell her she can drop the attitude and as she was done and handing my receipt she tells me she was banning me from the store because they don't need talk like that all cause I told her she can drop the attitude.

The Store manager is very rude to customers and has a bad temper. I will not visit this store again or probably any other CVS stores . I use to like going to their stores but after my experience with him I will not be back, I can go to H E B and get my prescription filled and it will be more convenient to pick them up while grocery shopping.
