I've been coming to this CVS for years without incident, until recently. I wanted to give the person at the pharmacy drive through the benefit of the doubt, as they were incredibly rude last time. Today, I went to pick up some prescriptions for my children, and the same dark-haired person with a pony tail, immediately copped a nasty attitude with me rolling their eyes and having a belligerent tone. I don't know what their issue is with me, but that is not how you treat customers. Need to hire better.

During the pandemic, the necessity of the new 130pm to 2pm break for the whole pharmacy. So, the pharmacy is closed during this time. The pandemic is OVER. OPEN BACK UP FULLY. NO MORE 130 TO 2 SHUT DOWN.

I am forced to give one star because I don’t have a choice to give zero stars which is what I want to do. I just left the CVS store at 3205 South Alameda St. store number 2328 in Corpus Christi Texas 78404. I have been a satisfied CVS customer for many many years, but today that changed I walked into the store looking for a particular product that I could not get to because there were carts of equipment and boxes and box cutters, and stuff in front of the item. I was trying to purchase a young ladies coming down the hall walking towards me and I asked her I said, is there anyway we can move that so that I could get to what I’m looking for And she automatically copped a nasty attitude and in a very ugly tone said well, you can move it referring to the carts with the equipment and the boxes and everything so my response to her was I’m supposed to move your equipment? At that point she started to berate me and make fun of me and I made my way to the register and I asked to speak to a manager, and this young lady comes back. She refused to give me her name, but the name on the receipt says Alexis. She’s a little short, petite girl with a horrific attitude . I told her that she needs to be more respectful and appreciative of us shoppers who choose to shop at that store because we have other choices to go to and I chose to go there and she says to me in a very ugly attitude and yet you’re here , that was her response to me from this point on I’m going to go to Walgreens where we are treated with dignity and respect and they appreciate the fact that I’m willing to spend my hard on money at that store. I reported that individual to corporate and I took a survey which did not put that store in a good light. I have never in my life ever been treated like that by anybody at CVS. I was always happy and content and satisfied to shop there not anymore CVS on Alameda and Alexis. Shame on you and God is watching everything that you do.

My family and I on January 20, 2024 stopped by this location on Alameda to purchase copies of photos. We walked into store and a ugly rude employee standing by the counter on his phone very unprofessional no customer service at all. Employee when ask for help snap at my 9 year old daughter that's when I snapped back at him for being so rude, ugly and scaring my girl ? making her cry because she attempted to grab her school photos from behind the counter. Corporate office needs to look into this location and take action. No wonder stores have closed several locations here in Corpus Christi Texas. Start looking into your staff that's affecting your customers ?.

Warning - stay away from CVS Photo at this location - if you order online, the message comes over that the order is ready, and after payment is made, you are told that their equipment is down and the order cannot be completed. I was instructed to go to a different store across town and was required to place the order again, pay again and no refund! This place is a mess.

Except for a very busy pharmacy it's usually a quick, easy and pleasant shopping experience. Pharmacy is always busy with waits for picking up, dropping off prescriptions or getting vaccines.

Severo was the employee who assisted me. He took the time to escort me to the scanner machine and printed the coupons on my account. He saved me $3.00. Im so grateful.
