Worst experience and customer service here! A cashier was extremely rude while I had a sick toddler with me it made a rough day worse when she asked if we were buying a toy my daughter was playing with and dropped telling me to pick it up and when it came to help me try to check out she was so unpleasant and unhelpful.

You cannot get through to anyone on the phone in pharmacy. It makes you leave a vm and promises someone will call you back in one hour they never call you back. Impossible to get scripts filled this wasn’t this hard to do here 2 years ago. Pharmacy doesn’t open until 9am so you can’t pick up or stop in to ask if it’s ready before work. Really inconvenient but they are the cheapest in town with a goodrx coupon. If you have the money to get scripts filled elsewhere, do it. That or drive into Mexico with your script - crossing a border is easier than dealing with CVS’s pharmacy and that’s saying something.

The staff name Alex has the bad attitude that I have ever met. If I met her, I would not sign up for the cvs membership. Don't go to this location if you don't want to be frustrated.

Someone has access to my account, but all CVS wants me to do is change my name (that is what was actually suggested) and change my password. I've called about this issue before.

Waited 3 days to come pick up my RX because I knew it wouldn't be ready. Got here, waited in line for 2 hours, which is typical for this location. Pharmacy not only hadn't filled the prescription but took forever to do so. It's literally counting 30 pills. Unbelievable.

A new man was being trained in the front. The other man was very rude. I heard the mumble something under his breath. Give me a dirty look when I asked for help . Rude and was talking about how he doesn’t care of people steal etc that he will trip them if near... calling to talk to manager later.. rude af and you know it if y’all read this:

Went and got my flu shot with the wife here. The staff was nice and friendly. They took a bit to get to us, however, they did kind of go a little fast for my shot. But understandable considering that all pharmacists are being a tad bit overworked at the moment. But overall, great customer service, guys! The wife and I feel healthier!

Today we were told we had tried to steal but we never put lashes in our bag in fact we didn't even have a bag horrible experience we were followed by workers all around the store for no reason as soon as we had got there
