Will tell you your RX is ordered and when it is expected. You have to call and leave multiple messages on that day to check for yourself. Only to finally get a call back right before closing. When they let you know it didn't arrive, but they planned to call WHEN IT DID FINALLY ARRIVE.
No courtesy call letting you know so you can attempt to get the meds you need elsewhere. My options, when I asked, were The Island and Southside locations. Both of which would be closed by the time I arrived. Which it was. I made it 5 minutes too late and get to make this hour + drive again tomorrow.

Marisol was absolutely amazing- went above and beyond- great communication, so helpful, took initiative- never have I received such good Customer service from a pharmacy and I deal with a LOT of pharmacies for work!

the pharmacy staff has horrible customer service or lack of...they look at you like they don't want to be there and they make you feel like you are a bother to them...matthew and a pharmacist i think by the name of cathy (chunky blonde woman, mid 30's probably) were horrible when i went to pick up meds for my husband...they both have the personality of a wet mop...i hate going to this pharmacy...the girl with the nose piercing/colored hair always looks like she'd rather be somewhere else...the pharmacists will stand around talking to each other while phones are ringing instead of helping the staff out when they are busy at the registers...the staff will literally ignore you while at the register until they feel ready to "put up with your request"...the store manager, tammy, is rude and racists...i was asking an employee a question about a seasonal store item and tammy came up to us while i was talking to the other employee and yelled at me stating, "don't you understand we don't care that here?" i looked at her and told her i was speaking to the employee and not her and continued my conversation with the employee and ignored her...the employee was so embarrassed and apologized for her behavior...i called corporate and of course nothing was done about it...

Don’t get me started, not even worth typing on here what I have to say about my experience. Extremely outrageous, beware of certain employees. Hopefully when I file my complaint in regards to a specific employee it gets taken seriously. I don’t feel comfortable going here with certain employee working and will not be back.

Pharmacist fat ugly with long hair is very rude! Not the one with glasses the other one. I am not one to get upset easily but transferring medicines without authorization to a completely different pharmacy(walgreens) is very unprofessional. And rasing her voice at me when I told her I didn't authorize anything and being extremely rude!. I wasn't upset at first I just wanted to make sure my child identity wasn't stolen or something. What got me upset was her attitude from the get go. I even said hi to her and smiled and she automatically started being very unprofessional and rude to me. I hope she gets fired someone like her should not be working there.

My doctor wrote 2 of my meds on one paper prescription. When dropping off the prescription I was told they didn’t have one of the meds. So I asked for my prescription back. They wouldn’t give it back to me. I’ve been going to Walgreens since.

Every time I come to CVS I am greeted warmly by the person at the front counter. Without exception I nearly always quickly find whatever it is I am looking for, even during this time “of shortages”and “supply chain issues”.The entire staff puts us, the customer, first.
