Pharmacist fat ugly with long hair is very rude! Not the one with glasses the other one. I am not one to get upset easily but transferring medicines without authorization to a completely different pharmacy(walgreens) is very unprofessional. And rasing her voice at me when I told her I didn't authorize anything and being extremely rude!. I wasn't upset at first I just wanted to make sure my child identity wasn't stolen or something. What got me upset was her attitude from the get go. I even said hi to her and smiled and she automatically started being very unprofessional and rude to me. I hope she gets fired someone like her should not be working there.

My doctor wrote 2 of my meds on one paper prescription. When dropping off the prescription I was told they didn’t have one of the meds. So I asked for my prescription back. They wouldn’t give it back to me. I’ve been going to Walgreens since.

Every time I come to CVS I am greeted warmly by the person at the front counter. Without exception I nearly always quickly find whatever it is I am looking for, even during this time “of shortages”and “supply chain issues”.The entire staff puts us, the customer, first.

Too many changes to ordering process is difficult for elderly. We have enough stress with our heal issues and dont need places like cvs and heb, walmart always changing the process. My opinion.

Didn't have our cat medicine at all. No good suggestions either for help! Pet meds: nothing! (Walmart didn't have it either)

I’m am sick and tired of the staff up front insisting that I use self checkout every time I attempt to checkout. If this is something that management has directed them to do then stop it. I prefer to interact with a human when I checkout and the poor attitude displayed by CVS personnel when I refuse to utilize self checkout is ridiculous. Just stop already!!!

Typical nonsense. If you order pictures online, call ahead to have them bring them to your car or something. I waited in line (order was placed and paid for HOURS prior) and listened to employees gossip about the picture orders they placed while on shift..... multiple employees standing around with a long line and I was only picking up my order. I ordered ahead due to time crunch. Convience isn't so convenient sometimes.

Long story short..the so called manager Tammie Murray is extremely RUDE! Told me after trying to figure out 2 CVS coupons that the store just wasn’t going to give me items for free along with other things she did and said. Let me be clear I wasn’t rude nor did I raise my voice at this lady. At first, I did not know she was the manager but after she gave me a nasty glare and abruptly walked away I asked the cashier who she was. She is a joke of a manager and after reading others’ reviews seems I am not the only one that has had nasty encounters with this woman. CVS you need to re-evaluate your store manager before you start losing more customers. I called and made a complaint against her so I hope the complaint is taken seriously! There is absolutely no NEED to treat people like they are nothing.

This place does not even fill the correct prescription by the correct doctor; they said I was out of refills on my insulin and I know I am not; they keep referencing a doctor I don't even see anymore. I explain to them they are referencing the incorrect doctor and they said you are out of refills, then they name another doctor they were going to send the refill request to; I called again today and again they reference a doctor I don't see anymore. Then they look through all of the info in their db and say I have a refill from another doctor in their system, but did they fill it? NO! and it is the correct doctor. This place is the worst; then they tell me if we fill this it will cause problems with the other insulin I use since that was a prescription by the doctor I don't see anymore. OMG! reaaaaallllyyyyy? What a joke, they need to use the prescriptions by the doctor they just mentioned for the other insulin too. what a joke!

Honestly the worst pharmacy I have been too. They hardly call when the prescription is ready and they are always days behind filing the prescriptions.

Don't go here to have your passport picture(s) taken. Mine was rejected by the US passport center due to facial image not being clear and now my passport processing is being delayed. My first passport pictures, years ago, were taken at the Portland TX CVS with no issues....that is where you need to go to for passport pictures and the staff is friendly.

Switched to CVS because of ins. Had nothing but difficulties since day one. Pharmacists are rude and don't act like they care. Going back to HEB. Still SMH
