If i can give zero stars i would. I uber and had an order come in at 8:30pm got there at 8:35pm. When I first walked in lady was very very rude saying I had 5 minutes before they close which they close at 9pm. I was not taking my time i was rushing because I understand they want to go home. Not even 2 minutes the lady hunted me down and told me that if I don't have the items for the person before 9pm she will not let me check out. I was very scared to be honest with how rude she was and was watching me shop for these people. I understand I worked in retail but never pushed anyone out like this. And plus this is my living i don't see her paying my bills. As I was checking out at 8:45pm she was holding the door open and the second I walked out pulled it close & locked it again. I will never take my service there or tell anyone to go there. Horrible service plus being a manger or shift lead since she was closing the store. Zero/negative stars!

Girls were rude! We're not helpful at all... Accusing that I threw cash at her n I didn't.... Policy sux n employees suck. Older lady with alot of makeup saying we couldn't bring cart w us when we were parked in front of the establishment n we purchased alot

Ride workers and very un organized. Talking on the phone while helping customers ect. When asking a question they try and make you feel stupid when you re ask using the same words, they stated. It’s still not correct.

They don't honor there own return policy. Don't shop there. They are selling defective heaters and sticking their customers with them by saying they are not returnable. They should be pulled from the shelves and not sold. Total rip off.....

I went to this location at 845 to get a phone card I need and they told me they were closed last I checked dollar general closes at 9 they locked the door as I was walking up to the front saying they were closed this is bad customer service and it should be addressed

Called the store multiple times and when they finally answered they were annoyed that I called , literally just had questions about something and they acted as if I was annoying for calling!

Clean store, always has what I need, and is very convenient to me where I live. Staff here treats you right! Only problem I've had, was having to take my backpack off and leave it at the cash register. But I get that, they're trying to reduce the shoplifting numbers. Thanks for your kind service, Dollar General on Weber!
