Come here if you want to be treated nasty by the manager. She got snappy at me because something I was trying to buy was ringing differently than what the tag said, gave me a whole lecture about coupons and something about voids…. I wasn’t using coupons and thats not my problem if they get in trouble for voiding items, you can’t force a customer to pay for something that they don’t want after all.

I go to this store at least 6 times a week it's closest to my home. The store manager has an RBF which is fine, I understand some people can't help it. But she is so rude. She doesn't greet you when you walk in she never smiles and never says thank you. Just one example today when I tried to buy candy for my son's class there was a sale that was by 3 get one free however it wasn't ringing up correctly, sometimes technology isn't always right, so she made me go back to the aisle I took a picture of the sign she read it clearly what it said and told me there's nothing that she could do about it if it doesn't ring up then it doesn't ring up, although it specifically said that was the sale. She then continued to get very impatient and rude saying she wasn't going to argue with me about it instead of saying she'll go look at the sale to see what the problem was, all of this in front of my 8-year-old son very unprofessional

Went there yesterday. All my items were in the bags when I got home except for my $4 toothpaste. I hope the cashier enjoyed my tooth paste. I have my receipt. I'll never go there again.

I noticed an employee throwing away packages food crackers, cookies, etc because they were going to expire within a week.. and while walking to dumpster passed a homeless man who was disabled and in early 70s.. nobody did anything wrong but curious why can't you take those items and donate to a homeless shelter or something like that . People are starving and food is just thrown away .breaks my heart .you guys are great and I'm not complaining just wondering

I don't know what it is, but this Dollar General is the kind of place where you feel comfortable. The employees don't Dogg you, peeping around corners, no they politely ask if you might need help in finding an item. It's not so stiff and formal, but it's in between a five and dime store reminding me of my teen years spending my chores/allowance dollars on treasure hunt funds.So, I moved over this way in January, but could not venture walking far.But one morning 7 months later, I decided I was going to try to walk there and back.OMG! Even though I slowly looked at different areas, I never got followed, asked a strife filled question. Hurried in any way. At the check out, one nice lady helped me with a few coupons that saved me quite a bit on a hundred dollar tab.She even offered to drive me home. I hadn't noticed that I shopped in there uninterrupted for over 2 hours.Not too neat, not too convoluted. Just right for finding family treasures. Great teamwork! This one on Holly and Everhart.

I don't know if this store knows but they have a roach infestation where the hot dog buns are. The roaches ate through the bag and are in the bags crawling around the food ?
