Good people, great prices, be patient. Brought in a gaming PC and they diagnosed it and offered reasonable way forward for repairs and price. Before they did anything, all processes were discussed. Every time they said they would contact me, they didn’t….so be patient if you use Dr. Nerd. I do recommend this business, and will use in the future.

The only good thing I'll say is how fast they were to diagnose my issue: a defective motherboard. Probably because I paid the $168 upfront for expedited service. I have a two month old PC that I built from scratch, saved up over a year to get all the precise components for it. I expected techs that would appreciate a decent rig and would handle it with care. I don't expect pc techs to have people skills, but I do expect a product to be handled with care. I'm super angry that I got my brand new PC case returned with chipped/visible damage on the top and bottom framework. Imagine having your new car with a key scratch against the side. It's minimal, but darn it hurt to see my hardwork returned like that. I'll never bring my equipment here again, and would recommend anyone that has anything that's valuable to them to not bring their equipment here.

The Tech (David) was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were available to do work by replacing an internal battery and later to organize the settings on my laptop. I highly recommended this establishment.

DO NOT BRING YOUR ELECTRONICS HERE, GO TO TRONIX OR SOMEWHERE ELSE. To start off the headache of interactions I brought in my Xbox series X for an hdmi port repair/replacement. The first turn of the story is that in the midst of removing the port they damaged the traces on the board and said it would be extra. After talking to them they agreed I wouldn’t have to pay extra for their damages done and would take care of it. The next wacky update in the saga after a month of them having the Xbox is that they lost a piece of my xbox that clips the boards together but they were going to order it and have it done later in the week. Finally I got the call my Xbox was ready to pick up and I went in and was almost given another persons Xbox, had I not noticed it wasn’t mine I would’ve walked out with someone else’s Xbox. They give me my Xbox and explain that it wasn’t fully repaired and it wouldn’t display perfectly, at this point I’m just done with the situation and was amicable and patient throughout the whole ordeal and just wanted to be done with this whirlwind of a “repair.” So they ended up refunding me half of the payment and only charged labor (which would’ve been fine had the Xbox been semi repaired like they said) only to bring the Xbox home and it doesn’t display! It was exactly as I brought it in a month ago, PLUS they forgot to put the base plate back on my Xbox. So not only did I waste money and time but I got an Xbox back that was in worse condition missing parts and still the same problem. I was as understanding of a customer that I could be and gave them the benefit of the doubt and was patient throughout all the mishaps and I’m just chalking this up to a big lesson to not do business with Dr. Nerd ever again.

Had a fail to startup PC, took it in for service, took a day, all fixed. Yhey found a faulty memory card. They did a great job and communicated with me on every step. High level of great service. Thanks.

Incompetent people, very rude, and overcharges. Took in an iPhone just for them to come back and say they can’t fix it and I still had to pay them. Wouldn’t give me back the device until I paid. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
