If I could give 0 stars I would, my partner ordered an arrangement weeks In advance for Valentine’s Day. It’s currently 10:56 pm I’m still waiting for an order that’s marked “out for delivery” the store closes at 8pm. I Waited all day for it to be delivered at home, only to get notified they started preparing the order at 4:00pm I had to leave to work so he changed the delivery address to my work address since he’s out of town and no one could receive it at home. It never came. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience edible arrangements. We just canceled the order. Hopefully it goes through.

Store accepted order via DoorDash in morning they force cancelled it and didn’t acknowledge the confirmation of sale stole money and staff just is brainless unable to prep what customers already paid for they shouldn’t even be a DoorDash partnership if they can’t keep up with the requirements to be one.

Took a few minutes to actually place the order. I'm sure the guy was just busy in the back. This seems like a really fun job I would love to work with dipped fruit all day. So we decided to go to Edible Arrangements because my girlfriend had a gift for her birthday. I also decided to get a mixed cone and it was definitely worth it!. All the fruit tasted fresh and worth the hefty price. Had to take pictures before I absolutely devoured these fruits! Thank you most likely will be back when my sweet tooth recovers ?

Not... a great experience. Gave up my email to get a coupon. Not a fan of sharing my data, but you know what? A fair exchange.Well, guess what? Not so fair. They fail to mention coupons don't work on deliveries... well then WHAT IS THE POINT? Charge separate delivery and stop bait and switching ppl with your data collecting scheme. You got mine, but I got nothing.'This benefited Edible Arrangements only. You have my data. I have nothing to show. Really dirtbag move by this company. Won't go out of my way, but if someone asks... yeah. I'll tell them how this company behaves. Not good.
