Pros: Flexibility, quick turn around time, affordable.
Cons: Poor quality control, poorly adhered paint, unresolved over-spray, poor security at facility.
Exp for Pros: I had a full truck paint job completed by the shop in August of 2023. The owner was personable and flexible when scheduling work, he was also able to complete the work quickly and mostly on the expected schedule. All work was completed at the agreed upon quote including a couple "after delivery touch-ups" so up-front pricing is both very competitive and is honored by the owner. That being said, the shop ran out of paint part way through so the vehicle had to be brought back to have some trim completed.
Quality Control: QA suffered in two areas, the first being missed trim areas to include the bed rail behind the cab, metal flares under the wheel wells, and areas of the engine bay other than the hood. The second and more problematic issue was in vehicle prep. When the old weather stripping was removed the shop did not remove the double sided adhesive tape that holds the weather stripping to the roof, they just painted over it. This resulted in a surface which the new tape and weather stripping could not adhere to and has prevented the new weather stripping from remaining attached to the truck. To correct this I am removing the remaining weather stripping, scarping off the old double sided tape, and having the now white (factory paint) lines on the roof repainted so that the weather stripping can be reattached correctly.
Poorly adhered paint: The paint is both aging more rapidly, and chipping far more frequently than any other vehicle I have owned or driven despite light usage on primarily paved roads. While a couple chips may be attributed to rocks from the road there are far to many locations where to paint has either rubbed or flaked off to ignore. One example is the top of the rear tailgate where the plastic bed liner has stripped the new paint. For comparison, the factory paint under the same bed liner near the cab is neither scratched nor worn.
Over-spray: Fairly self explanatory, there is over spray on the inside of three out of four windows. The over spray present on the outside of the windows was relatively easy to clean off but the interior is tinted and the paint has bonded with the tint leaving a cloudy patch that can be difficult to see out of.
Security: The truck was broken into and robbed after hours while at the shop. Not the fault of the owner but is worth being aware of.

This is one best places to take your vehicle . And they are far better then any of those high class places that charge you an arm and a leg. I have dealt with Express and Paint Body. 4 times. Once myself, twice my father in law and once a good friend. Very nice people to deal with.

Definitely would recommend this shop, job done faster then I thought and looks great. Daughter's first car and first wreck shortly afterwards. Isaac brought the vehicles value back in just a couple of days and beat everybody else's prices that we looked at, I will definitely be going back, hopefully not anytime soon lol.
