I will NOT recommend to stay at this hotel! Poor management! This is one of the hotel you should stay away from. The main hallways smells extremely bad and the floors were sticky! They had caution tapes blocking off all the tables and chairs in the main hall during the daytime— probably to stop people from sitting or stealing their high value breakfast? I’ve never seen anything like this before.
Then in the morning, the breakfast area was filthy and no coffee and no waffle batter, the trash cans were full… and instead of cleaning it, they immediately roped off the entire breakfast area right at exactly 9AM, even with people still inside. How were guests supposed to get out? The whole setup just felt weird and unwelcoming.
I understand that the breakfast time ends at 9am, but there were so much foods in there? And people are still coming down to eat, I wonder how they will deal with the leftovers. Other hotels would allow customers to eat whatever that’s left instead of blocking it, at least not immediately blocking all the customers like what they did in the morning, I will never return to this hotel, in fact, we will also think twice before booking Fairfield again.

Good for the price. Breakfast was good and fresh. Rooms seemed clean enough. Not bad for a one night stay. Recently stayed at a hotel that had paper thin walls, and this one was the opposite which is now what I look for and appreciate like with this one! Good distance from North Beach and downtown too.

If anyone is staying at this hotel, I recommend you check the sheets before deciding to lay down on them. When it was time for check out my husband and I wanted to make it easier for the staff by taking the sheets off the bed. We discovered urine stains, brown spots that I don’t even want to imagine what they are! and other stains as well. There was a hole in the carpet upon walking into the room and hotel had a weird smell.

The carpets in the room were dirty and marked with paint or stain. Stayed 4 nights as a Gold Elite member. Was not welcomed back or thanked. We NEVER recieved housekeeping and were out of the room by 8 am every morning. We had to ask for clean towels nightly at the front desk. Our trash was never emptied. The A/C was spotty and the hallways had full bags of trash outside of other guest room doors for days! I would NEVER stay here again!

We drove to Corpus Christi with no booking lol because reviews were not so great. So I stopped here because it was really nice on the outside. It definitely is really nice in the inside also. Tre checked us in, and he was so helpful with everything. Made it so easy. Definitely recommend if in the area book in advance because it can get full quick.

If I could rate a O I would. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Stay away from this place!!! It seems people who work there doesn’t know what cleaning protocols they have.My family and I experienced the following:- bugs in the room- No trash bin- dirty bed sheetsWe requested for these items to be taken care when we left the next day.After we came back they weren’t taken care of.Rooms smells like mold.Absolutely the worst!!This hotel should be not part of the Marriot Bonvoy chain.

It was a comfortable stay! Clean quite ? ✨️ loved their hygiene products ? my whole body was glowing after a shower ✨️I would recommend this place! Young guy at the front was very welcoming!Safety: Very safe!

The elevator smells really bad. The shower is not very clean, and the water pressure is a bit weak. As an elite member, you'll get no different treatment here.

I stayed here while in town for work and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. The hotel itself is a newer build, however housekeeping services are SERIOUSLY lacking. My room was visibly dirty despite me having just checked in. There were eaten sunflower seed shells on the floor near the bed, stains on the pillow cases, as well as stains on the carpet and entrance wall. I also found pink stains on my bathroom towels and similar pink stains on the shower curtain.When I went to the front desk staff to voice my concern and request a different room, he appeared bothered and was not very empathetic. He offered to have housekeeping go by in the morning. The only reason I gave two stars was because of the front desk staff who was working the following morning who was very apologetic and understanding. Needless to say, I ended up checking out early and finding another hotel.
