Today was the worse experience ever in this store. We have 4 birds total, 3 died today. The only difference made was those 3 birds were given their new food purchased from this store yesterday. We always buy our food here and have never changed feed stores because they were all bought from this store.We have all of our birds next to each other if it was airborne all 4 would be dead. We did not give our 4th bird her new food and she is perfectly fine. All our birds are in one area of our home. Store manager did not want to take responsibility nor action. Beware with the bird feed you guys buy here. He mentioned even if the vet had said it was their food for cause of death due to seeds being contaminated, they would not take responsibility.

Exceptional service, friendly staff, great prices! My daughter loves visiting the birds and picking out toys for her pet Budgie. We love the store owner, Marcus, too! He's wonderful!Best pet store in town! Highly recommend!

I routinely shop for all my bird needs at Feathered Friends, the location is convenient and this is definitely the cleanest pet store I've ever been inside of. Chloe's help OUTSTANDING! The birds seem to love her!! I picked a bird I wanted and when the door was opened, my little friend flew out. Chloe just put her arm out and my little friend just flies onto her arm and was ready for me to take him home. Marcus is great too, he's a pleasure to talk to and he gives so much back to the community. I see him on the news all the time, just giving back. Feathered Friends is a great place to get all your bird's needs.

We love Feathered Friends & Co.! Marcus and the staff are so friendly and helpful. This was our first time buying a bird and everyone was very informative and helped us pick our newest member of the family. We’ll definitely be back!

Marcus just goes on and on and on about himself. Yap Yap Yap my wife's a doctor, I gotta new Denali bla bla bla. This is how much I earn every month. He must feel really small about himself if he has the need to go on and on and on and on about All these normal Life events. It was such a turn-off to go in here and look for a bird and have to listen to this guy non-stop inflate himself constantly. I wonder if he has any idea how small he actually looks to everyone else. Bragging and inflating yourself constantly actually only advertisers how small one feels about himself on the inside.I came in here to look for birds, can we talk about birds please! can I stop hearing about some strangers stupid personal acquisitions in life. I gave off so many signals and body language, other than directly asking him to stop I gave every signal in the world that I was super bored of his insecurities. What a turn off. I'll never come in here again. I wonder if anyone else has had this experience from this guy. Makes you wonder what's wrong with a woman that would choose a guy like that ?Dude needs therapy really bad to help him work through his worthless feelings.(((Mic Drop)))
