Dropped off FedEx overnight envelope at 7:18 am in WalMart. Next day I had to go back to the store about 3:30 pm and retrieve it because they didn’t hand it over to FedEx. Would not recommend this site for FedEx packages.

Called to figure out why my package “tried to deliver” when no one came to my home while I was here ALL DAY. Unsure of why I paid for overnight shipping like I did to only have to wait over the weekend for my TIME SENSITIVE delivery since they will not let me pick it up and didn’t actually try to deliver the package.
If they had tried to deliver, they would have found I had been waiting for this package and was home. They also did not try to remedy their mistakes instead telling me I would have to wait until Monday. With better training and more options maybe their incompetence could have been made up for.

One employee driver who has the Flour Bluff account. Delivers parcel to the wrong address house for years now. FedEx seems to not care about their customers.

I went in needing labels for products to be shipped asap. Renee R. helped me design the print page and had them printed so fast. It really was a pleasure to have her efficiency on a day that was crazy.

Eva and Barbara Could not have been more helpful and lovely and awesome! Eva in particular is just a joy. And I don't know how but she's as strong as an ox! Everything about this was easy and pleasant and fast and we are late for the airport so very grateful
