If I could give this place negative stars I would. I have been waiting four days for a package, only to not have it delivered and get some excuse as to why they are screwing up multiple days in a row.I was supposed to have my package on Thursday, and it is now Sunday and I still do not have my package,only a new set of fresh excuses.Yesterday was another day that my package was supposed to be out for delivery, but those in charge of loading the truck managed to forget to put my package on the truck. The site updated to delivery for today. I called the customer service number and they assured me that it would be delivered today and that I would get a call from the station letting me know that it would in fact be delivered. Yeah, that was a no go. If they can't get my package delivered correctly, how are they gonna manage a phone call.So now, my package is supposedly out for delivery tomorrow. I am not holding my breath. If I wanted this kind of service I would have had my package shipped through UPS.
