This is ridiculous there is no way to speak to a representative because the automated call just keeps re routing you and you never get to speak to an actual person for your. I was calling to do an address change on my delivery prior to it being in a delivery truck and still haven’t been able to get a hold of anyone. My package is going to my old address and have not been able to change it online either, fedex is ridiculous to get a hold of.

Earlier this week they lost a package! Then for today’s delivery had a delivery time of 9:15-11:15 at my business. We don’t open till 10:00 but I got here early and opened at 8:54 and said they attempted delivery at 9:10 which was a lie! I never saw the truck neighboring business was open asked them if they saw the truck and didn’t. I also didn’t even have a door tag. From here on out if they have to use fed ex I’m just gonna use another supplier, fed ex has always had issues as far back as I can remember! UPS might mess up once a year in the Dallas hub but all of the Corpus Christi UPS drivers we have had throughout the years are excellent. Can’t say the same about fedex. Im sure fed ex has some good workers I just haven’t ever seen em!

Great place unfortunately the management isn't very good, they have just about a handful in the loading and maybe 2-3 in the office that are kind and easy to talk too. I worked there in warehouse but what I did was not appreciated etc. But warehouse and drivers great!

Horrible, have spent the last three days waiting on a package that should have been delivered. Use UPS or USPS if you can. They could care less about your time and are unwilling to work around your schedule.

Horrible drivers constantly leaving packages on top of the box they are supposed to put them in . I cant wait for drivers to be replaced with drones.. I'll have a better chance of getting my packages in one piece or at all .. last package they delivered was medical supplies that was in the same sized box as a laptop being shipped an of course it was right before Christmas. Driver might as well yeeted it into the ditch.. I'm hoping to live the month with out my supplies but because of the FedEX driver high probability I end up in the ER again.. If I die my GF is to try to file charged on negligent homicide

August 23, 2024 - If you are going for FedEx, DO NOT bother with Jacott Services that contracts out through them, or at least the supervisor named James Geldenhuys. Like many of us, we go through Indeed. Thats where I found the job listing....BACK IN JUNE 2024. They sent me away for the drug test and physical exam to which I completed and emailed back the Medical Examiner Certificate. From June all the way to August I heard noooo word from them despite my calls and emails through the Indeed messaging feature. August 16 I see the job listing AGAIN pop up on Indeed, and while Im laughing at the possibility of being ignored, I apply for the job listing through Jacott Services and they land me an interview for August 20 at 10am. Well, all went well. James then tells me I have to wait until Friday to hear back about ANOTHER drug test! I showed him the documents and certificate back from June, to which he promptly gave them back to me. He said "it does not count and have to do it again". So....Friday, August 23 rolls around and these are the text messages I get between him and I. They are ordered down the list. James Geldenhuys just made Jacott Services guilty of an EEOC work place violation under Texas Labor Code 21.055, Retaliation "failure to hire / rehire". I was mislead and ill-informed down a rabbit hole just so I would not get hired. I will now take all messages and emails to the EEOC board in preparation for a lawsuit. Click or tap each screen shot picture, then back out and click/tap the next one. They are in order from left to right.

Just had a dolly stolen from my property. The fedex guy used it to bring two heavy packages behind our box truck and then left with our dolly.

They don't deliver in a timely manner and to talk to someone about the problem is impossible. All anyone can converse with is a soulless piece of equipment.

We own a business that relies on the Corpus FedEx to deliver some of our inventory, including perishable items like chocolate. They regulalry skip us, saying we're closed, when we are here waiting for the delivery. This can result in the total loss of the merchandise. We have tried dozens of times for over five years to get them to understand that we are here, including calling them, calling national FedEx, parking in front of our store, and posting signs on our doors. It happened again today, despite the fact that both UPS and USPS managed to deliver packages to us. I"m only giving them one star because I can't give them zero stars. If you are shipping to the Corpus area, use UPS.
