Terrible experience overall. we just built a home and spent thousands and thousands of dollars on appliances. Not one of our appliances came in without an issue. This is all after the employees lied, tried to back track orders because they didn't order our appliances when they said they did, ordered wrong items etc etc the list goes on an on. Our appliance installer screwed up a few things. Our dishwasher came with a missing heating element, brand new!! They sent a guy to remedy it and he ordered a part. After 2 months along waiting, come to find out it's the wrong part! I could name the names of people who specifically are terrible at their jobs, however I will save them the embarrassment as I am sure they have to be ashamed to work for such a terrible company. If you are even thinking of using the Fergusons out of Corpus Christi for any of your needs... please highly consider going elsewhere! If you absolutely cannot go elsewhere, please message me for details on who to not work with at this location.

We have a new build and bought all of our appliances new from Fergusons and yes they where great up until my house was done and my monogram GE cooktop wouldn’t work got a hold of the sells women that help us purchase everything Sydney is her name and it’s been a lot of back and fourth she scheduled A technician to come and work on it I had to wait two weeks we’ve only had an oven to cook with and now they say she didn’t enter the right information so there is nothing they can do and now no answer for sells department anymore!!!! Never again everything is overpriced and for what just to ignore us . Please purchase your appliances else where I’ve had more help with Amazon then this place ??????

Have been calling for several days now and no one answers the phone. Put on hold for over 15 minutes. Leave call back number but they don’t call back.

Saw the poor reviews, guess they turned it around. Went in yesterday and Gabriel Gutierrez helped me get an answer to all my questions. Didn't try to hard sell on items that I didn't need and gave clear and correct information on how to solve my issue.

Ferguson is one of the MOST DIFFICULT companies to get support from once your order is placed. It’s not the people, they are very good when one is finally able to get in touch with them. When you call expect to be on HOLD from 10 - 20 + minutes...

When my husband and I purchased our home we did a lot of remodeling. New flooring (tukasa designs) , new cabinets (professionally handmade) , painted everything! And of all the money we spent my biggest regret was purchasing my tub from this place!

Front desk girl was polite. Not a single consultant on the showroom floor. My designer and I walked the whole store, no one came to check on us. Needless to say I took my whole house remodel elsewhere.

Literally a Million dollar showroom. Lots of products beautifully displayed. Many expensive items but also a selection of reasonably priced items. It is definitely worth your time.

I am an electrcian that is referred by sales person Leslie Mora in istalling fixtures that are purchased from Ferguson. I always ask for feedback and they all are completely satisfied from sales to install. Leslie is extremely helpful in picking out thier fixtures i am told. Keep up the great work Team Ferguson!

I've been to this place a few times and have always left.... disappointed. Every time I've gone into this store, it's like they are bringing themselves down just to talk to you. I have a very, very old stovetop that must be replaced. It's an odd size - 47". When I went in, not only did no one greet me, I had to track someone down. I explained that I either need to find a 47" stove top or redo my counters with a new stove top in it. "We don't do counters" came the curt reply. Ok - so what are my options. "Well there aren't 47" stove tops anymore, but I can order you a 45" off the internet" Now, I know I have white hair, but that doesn't make me incapable of ordering something from the internet. So, I ask, I would just order a stove top, have it delivered to my house and then find some electrician to install it. "Yes, and here's the name of some place in Dallas where you can then do a tracing of the missing gaps where your stove top is and they can send you something to fit in the holes' I thanked her kindly for all her help and left and no, I will not be walking in again to that place.
