We were stranded on 37 N; I searched online for nearest tire shop, Firestone was one of the results; Sunday Jan 19 2025; worst experience ever! I walked in and the guy behind the counter was sipping on his coffee with no purpose or sense of anything. He told me the tire would be over $300! I said ok, I just needed to get off the side of the road. But then he said it would take a while because of the appointments he had ahead of me. I hand delivered the tire; it only takes 5 minutes to change a tire!!! Wel 5 minutes for someone who knows what they’re doing. Long story short, I took the tire to DJ Tire shop and they happily sold me a new tire for half the price Firestone quoted. Worst experience at Firestone, thank God for iPhones and search features.

Both Advisor Cesar & Technician Jose provided the best service. I live out of town but occasionally visit the area. I will definitely be coming to this location if & when I need service while I'm in town. 100% recommend.

I called at the end of the day close to closing due to a low tire. The person who answered mentioned that they were backed up on vehicles, and I did mention I could find another place, but he told me to come in if I was willing to wait. Considering I drive 100 miles a day, I did not mind waiting to be safe. I did not end up waiting long and they fixed my tire and he was very friendly. I am grateful.
