I took my Range Rover there on a Monday afternoon! They diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and had it ready for me the following evening. Carlos Benavidez, went the extra mile to make sure that he delivered on what he promised. He was working the front by himself that day and still managed to get things done and make good on his promises.

I was given a price cost on what it would be for th work on the van.. And when It was time to pay, there were extra charges placed on my bill that I did not ask for to be deen on my vehicle service for.

Carlos was extremely wonderful and helpful. He kept me updated with everything going on with my vehicle and was very good at explaining everything to me. I showed up an hour before closing for a vehicle inspection. The construction on Everhart does not allow you to pull in front of the store you have to go around or through the parking lot on the side huge pain in the butt for people who are hard with directions or reading signs. Any who I had went to two other places and was turned away due to not having qualified personnel to do the inspection. I was in and out inspection done car passed, and I was on my way. I will definitely be going back here to get my inspection done. Thank you so much for helping me
