My uncle who is a Vet had his daughter take it in because he can not drive his van to this store for brakes and now his van is having issues with the emergency brake and they where having problems getting it done he has only 1 vehicle and him and his girlfriend goes to doctors appointments and other things needed for this van it's so wrong for this place to do this to an elderly Veteran and so wrong on so many levels (My uncle is in a wheelchair)

As a former Firestone employee and 40 plus year patron, I am VERY disappointed with today’s scheduled service at the McArdle location. I called around noon to acquire and make a 4pm Scheduled Appointment. On the call I was finally told I can do the oil change and tire rotation, just bring it in. The technician was bickering about doing it but said yes, we can schedule you in. When I got there at 3:45, the technician said you don’t have a scheduled appointment. The other technician said oh yes, I talked to you…but told you I can only promise to do the oil change. That is NOT what I scheduled!! He kinda wanted to debate the situation. He was undoubtedly trying to bait me in and couldn’t promise to provide me the scheduled service that I called about. I left. There is many of other tire changes companies in the local area and this one obviously didn’t want my business.

I've taken 2 vehicles into their shop and all 5 times I've had to take vehicle back because bad craftsmanship. Monique and Rick are terrible managers. The last time I left vehicle for minor ac repair. Picked vehicle up and within 10 minutes it's broken. Take it back in and they quote me 3k for whole new ac upgrade. After arguing with them both I was told they would perform repairs and fix ac but didn't want to do service with me again. I agreed to this, 3 days later I was told to come pick up vehicle they replaced compressor and it still didn't work. They then told me they couldn't help me no further and wouldn't even give us a receipt for compressor. They are a parts shop and cannot troubleshoot anything. I would give negative stars if possible. I've also called several times asking for the paperwork from both managers with no call back

The worst place ever. I went there to get my air conditioner fixed in June. Cost me 2,300 and took over a week. I was assured all parts are under warranty. We went on a short trip to Houston and the Air conditioner quit working. I immediately took the car back but was told it would cost another 1,400 to fix it again. REALLY! I refused to pay that. Fast forward to August and the Air conditioner does not work at all now! I was completely ripped off! I hope these people get 2,000 stolen from them. Please do not go to this business. I wouldn't want other people to go through what I did.

If there was a ZERO stars, that would be it. Took over 2 hrs to get an inspection. And stupid me watched as car after car after car went through Take 5 Oil Change right across the street. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice—-will NEVER happen!!! Go to a real shop!

I requested a custesy visual inspection check on the vehicle serpentine belt and hoses. I was not told anything regarding the visual inspection I requested, if it was was done or not. Also I got the paper on the wheel alignment, but nothing was explained. I don't know how to read the paper I received.
Customer attendant was friendly, but the attendant should explain what was done to the vehicle so we the customers know how our vehicle is performing.
I also had an appointment ahead of time yet I was told that it would take an hour before the work would start one my vehicle.Remolding is being done also so I'm not sure if that had something to do with it.
Even though my experience was not great I would still recommend them because they have some good work now and in the past .
They just need to remember that each customer needs to have at least a briefing of the diagnosis and what was done to fix the issue.

I was told before I got there that they would be able to get me in within an hour, I was coming in only for a state inspection. When I got there Rick greeted me and got all my information so that they could take it back. I waited about an hour and was a little confused because my car had yet to move. I figured they were busy due to their parking lot being full but after about and hour and a half I was getting upset. I went and asked Rick about an ETA he said oh yes he should be taking it back in the next 10 minutes. 15 minutes later, I watched the inspected go to my car, take it around the building and my car was gone for another 30 minutes. Once I saw my car come back into the spot and the inspector take my keys to the front, the man waited another 5-7 minutes before calling my name. This is my first Firestone experience, and will be my last. Overall, this was a terrible experience and not what I wanted to deal with especially when I have better things to do with my time.

DO NOT COME HERE. ITS A SCAM!!!!!
I spent $2,000 for them to Replace all my Spark Plugs, all my coils, and my Catalytic Converter. 6 months after my coils went out so I went back cause I had warranty. 6 months later they go out again…. And a year after my visit my catalytic converter goes OUT. They only have a 1 year warranty policy so everything they fixed was for NOTHING. Currently stranded because of them. GO TO ROYS PERFORMANCE MOTORS Inc. for a good mechanic.

Big guy , I believe his name is Rick that works in front is rude. He expects you to know all about cars and when you ask questions, he gives attitude. He even looked at another customer and exchanged looks w him as if to make it seem like I was a bother for asking. Super unprofessional. The other lady in the front was super nice and patient tho.

These people are so awesome! Our new wheelchair jammed when I got it out of the car and I couldn’t collapse it to even get it back in. I had no tools with me. I spent 30” YouTubing it to no avail. Then I spotted Firestone. We got there just as they were closing and they STILL helped us. They had Gilbert, this wonderful mechanic who quickly fixed the wheelchair by taking the jammed part off and putting it back on right. Thank you, Firestone! That is great customer service.

Paid $189 for a lifetime alignment and these guys can't make an appointment on time and they never respond to online appointment requests. Wast of money and time with these guys! I would strongly suggest avoiding this shop.
