Mario the Mechanic knows what he’s talking about. I came here cuz I could get work done for little less. I’ve already had a few shops tell me I could use a resurface but nobody told me I had to have new rotors. I understand there is specs but I do not NEED new rotors so took my truck elsewhere. Don’t let desk people pressure you into forced up sales

I went to Firestone because it was convenient and I made an appointment to get my F250 Diesel trucks oil changed
After waiting for 3 hours the oil change cost $260 Wow the most expensive oil change ever
They put 5W-30 oil in my Super Duty Diesel truck ….. after 2,000 miles my truck warning ‼️ light came on Engine oil Low Pressure so I took it to a Diesel mechanic and he had to change the oil to the correct type 10W-30
And he inspected the old oil for metal shavings and debris…. Luckily nothing out of the ordinary was found
This Firestone has a bunch of Goofy people working there… I witnessed them playing around and singing while they were Working
These Clowns Almost Destroyed my F250 Super Duty Diesel truck

Worst tire shop in Corpus unless you're a pretty girl then they will move you straight to top of the wait list. The staff is unprofessional!!

Went in with balance issue, to find out my rim was bent. They removed the tire and rim,put on spare until I could get to dealership. No charge. Will definitely do all my business here.

I had a nail in my tire. Firestone was the closest store open on a Sunday. The service was quick and easy. Everyone one was very professional and knowledgeable. I also had my oil and brake fluid changed. Thank you gentlemen for all of the help.

I called and was put directly on hold. While I was on hold I called Discount Tire, they answered immediately and found what I needed. Not only that, but they put me in line before I arrived! They explain to me that I needed alignment which was obvious by the way the tires are wearing. Then to top it all off he called his other location that does alignments and set the appointment up for me right after my tires are done being installed! Then I hung up. I should have called Discount Tire first.

I’d been by two other places to find an inspector who could get my truck done. All the places I’d tried had some Jerry-rig type business issues that had nothing to do with us. Just mismanagement, I guess. When I walked into Firestone, Justin greeted me in less than five minutes and had my vehicle ready to inspect in less than three minutes. Rick did a great job with my truck, and had it in the bay in less than two minutes. I can’t tell you how grateful I am to find this place. My husband and I just moved here and spent a week trying to get this inspection done. Lines, work hours, even computer systems down - none of these issues from the other places were our problem. We just needed a quick truck inspection! Rick and Justin solved a huge problem for us. Thank you, guys!! We won’t forget you!! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
