I put 2 star so people won’t automatically skip it. But 1 star is more accurate.
We waited for a tow truck for hours.
We were told by Firestone employee they close at 5pm and we needed to have vehicle there by 5pm for them to do 1 tire change.
We got here at 4:40.
They said there wasn’t enough time to do the tire change and we would have to wait until tomorrow.
They did the same to someone else who came in just after us. (So two customers in a row at least)
Employees felt it was more important to leave on time than to do the work
They SAID, they would do.
Either way. If given a choice.
DONT DO BUSINESS WITH LAZY PEOPLE.
If their attitude is laziness.
Do you really want to sacrifice your vehicle to them? I mean. It’s only your safety.

I completely recommend this Firestone Store. I have been here a couple of times but have been to many other Firestone stores over the years as my car is 19 years old. Firestone can do most repairs and all general maintenance but also know their limitations. My car needed a specialist in the electrical/wiring department. Firestone DID fix my turn signal, original problem, but then my running light on one side didn’t work. I understand their limitations so no problem. The good thing is they didn’t charge me.
Mark Rechner and Laura Lopez were very professional and personable. They communicated well and kept me updated to the progress of my car. So impressed with this store so I will be back.
Again, I recommend this store.

The service here was amazing. They took their time and looked at the problem seriously, loved the lady in the front her name was Laura awesome person! Loved this place and their customer service will definitely be coming back!

Just called Firestone, Leah answered, I said "my harmonic balancer is going out, can I drop it off and they get to it sometime this week" she said sure we close at 5pm. I said "great I'll be there in 25 minutes". So I get there and she says no we dont do harmonic balancers. So I just wasted my time and money and Firestone just lost another customer!

Went to get oil change girl comes back and tells me can’t do oil change because hood cannot be opened whoever opened last I thought she was talking about the hood latch then hurriedly brought out car and handed me keys without a word I get in my car try the hood latch release and it is not working so they tried unlocking and broke the hood release and don’t want no part of admitting they tried to force it open and broke it have never had a problem with the release ?

Very very shady, went for inspection and they said in order to pass I had to buy tires because the tread was low. Took it to a more respectable place, the tread was fine. Firestone does anything it can to try and swindle your money, go elsewhere

The store is absolutely fantastic and I really appreciate all the service I get from firestone. I bought two sets of tires with the warranty and road hazard and of course I had to bring those tires back a few times and the manager they were Mr. Mark Reachner Took care of everything for us and made sure we were back on the road quickly I really appreciate the store and all the service that we get from both management and quality service employees!

Very shady. I had just replaced my front ball joints. One had come loose. They said it was bad. I disagreed and asked them to tighten it up. They said it needed to be replaced or they wouldn't do the alignment. I told them to take it off the rack. I took it home and tightened it up, as it was in fact just loose. I won't be returning. They are scammers.
