Wanna get ripped off come to first cash pawn they will sell you broken items and not even blink a eye... do they care about there customers clearly not .do they know how to treat people nope do they even care to help you nope .all I know there's a reason why I wont do business with them people like the lady in the front with the tattoos cold and rude

This store is an absolute non sense! The manager David is rude and doesn’t let you talk. I was wanting to purchase a firearm but he said he’s “ninja skills” he wasn’t able to sell me one!! Talking about judging me! Do not go to this store!! David you’re a judgmental person and my services will never be there!

I was at the store today and I was helped by an employee by the name of David. He gave me the best service that I've had in a long time at any pawn shop. I've been to another pawn shop and they would not take my merchandise. David told me that there was no reason they should not have and he accepted my item. He accepted my item. I needed the money to go to the food pantry on Monday. David is a blessing and a great employee he should be made employee of the month and made a manager! Thank you!

Had the best experience with Dave I will no longer try any other pawn shop his hospitality is beyond worst and his personality is fantastic let me tell you alot of employees from other pawn shops including some first cash not at this one Thank you Dave for great customer service im beyond words

Would give this place 0 stars if you are trying to sell your things don't go to these people they will get over on you they always low-ball your product and give you nothing for it so if you want to save yourself some time pass these prejudice people up!!!!
