Their ATM had a malfunction and deducted $40 from my account. The ladies at the counter refused to help even after presenting my receipt. Asked to check the camera and they snickered at me. The supervisor just gave me the run around.

I'm in pain for the first convenience for over 10 years. I've always had a great experience. The best branch I found is in Walmart in New Boston Texas. I've been there for over 8 years before moving down here to Corpus Christi. The people in Flour Bluffs location of kind very professional and impressive. I have nothing bad to say about first convenience Bank.

I've been a member of your bank for 4 years and by far the flour bluff location with Ashlee Somar and Jen and phelann are the best employees all around I have been to several of your locations and again flour bluff is the best location they are nice they are personable they remember your name your children's name and your grandkids name thank you so much to the flour bluff Bank

So after a year of being with this bank they decided to mess with my credit by declining my $27 kohl's payment because it was "Non sufficient funds" which is totally not true and they know it because right after that the bank charged me $40 for "Not having any money". But here is the real kicker, if I didn't have $27 to pay my kohls then how were they able to take out $40 out of my account without making my account have a negative balance? I'll tell you why. These people just want your money and they will eventually take it. I called them about it and THEY WOULD NOT REFUND THE FEE!? I know Chase bank, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and literally any other bank would of refunded me. All I'm saying is this bank sucks and so does there communication and their ATMs never work.
