I had such a great experience here. Several friends have told me to visit Fleet Feet and I finally did.
I was needing a new pair of walking shoes for the track. I walk every morning now and my shoes have been taking a beating along with my feet sometimes. The staff were super helpful. They took a digital 3D model measurement of my foot, identified my correct size, and any other problem areas I might have (wide foot, high instep, etc). Then, they had me walk to see how my feet moved and behaved.
All that determined all the options I had, and from there I started trying on shoes based on their recommendations. By the end of it I left with a great pair of shoes that felt REALLY good on my feet.
I’m happy to say I’ve been using them on the track all week and they feel so good. I’m so happy I finally went to Fleet Feet and I seriously recommend you do too (especially if you’re a runner). Oh, and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and of course very helpful.

Very friendly and professional staff! The second we walked in, we were greeted and asked what we needed help with. The staff helped us pick the best shoes for our walking and running needs.

Wanted to get into running and got my feet fitted to find shoes for me, Goyo was super helpful and explained everything so I could understand. Was in n out within 30 min with a new pair of shoes, definitely recommend :)

Went to store yesterday signed in waited waited waited. All associates went to back didn’t even ask if we needed help. We were the only ones left to be attended to. Customer walked in all associates came out to great them. We asked associate if we could get help he goes I’ll be back he never came out of back area. Finally we asked again and we were helped. Almost half an hour to be waited on. When there were at least 7 employees there. I wanted to make a big stink about the situation but what would it do. That was ridiculous.

Terrible customer service. First time being in there so signed in so I can get fitted for some shoe inserts. Proceeded to sit down and patiently wait to be called. After associates were don’t with other customers they all disappeared to the back. Waited 30 min figuring that they might be busy or just had other things to take care of. It wasn’t until someone else walked in and they helped out immediately. Their excuse was that they thought I was already being helped out. If you’re in customer service you would figure “hey let me ask if they have been helped “. Doubt I would return again.

My podiatrist referred me to Fleet Feet to get a pair of supportive sneakers to help with Achilles tendonitis. Kate helped me. After asking what I was looking for, she pulled a few pairs of shoes and inserts for me to try in different widths and sizes. I decided on a pair of New Balances and also got a pair of inserts. I was wary of spending $150 for a pair of shoes, but it truly does feel like I'm walking on clouds in them! They only had one color in stock, so we ended up ordering a pair in the color I wanted. It took about a week and a half for them to ship to the store. I've been wearing these shoes for about two months and still can't believe how comfortable they are. If you have any kind of foot pain, check out this store. Kate was great throughout the whole process, would highly recommend her.

I want thank the team at Fleet Feet for helping me find the right shoe. I have flat feet and struggle with finding a shoe stable enough to support my arches. The sales associate there was extremely helpful and found me exactly what I was looking for. Also, she helped my grandma find a shoe as well. I highly recommend Fleet Feet if you are someone that needs a good walking/running shoe.
